The front door to the annex was often unable to be unlocked. I had to go to the front desk every time, but they never found out the cause, whether it was a mechanical failure or an electronic error.

空港送迎に関して、曜日と時間の制限があることを分かりやすくしてほしい。 スタッフの方は皆良い片ばかりでした。

出張で一人で泊まりました！ ホテルは清潔で広さも問題ないと思います。 問題は立地です。 小さなホテルなのでタクシーは、よばないとこないし、基本徒歩で近くのところまで歩きました。 ホテルは英語は通じますが、マドリードは英語があんまり通じないので、ホテルはソル駅周辺にとるのが妥当だと思いました… 値段の割には満足しています。

繁華街から離れていてお店など近くにないのが不便ではありますが、住宅街の中にひっそりと建っており、大きな一軒家のようで外見からホテルとはわかりません。 客室もおしゃれですし、玄関の横にテラスもあって朝食にぴったりです。

部屋は地下の305号室を利用。新しい部屋とのことで、電話回線がつながっていないため、モーニング・コールも利用できず。また旅行代理店（今回はEXPEDIA）経由の予約、支払いの場合、顧客から（旅行会社から未払いがあった場合の）宿泊料支払い保障を取る制度（カードで支払い保障＋未払い時の支払い同意書に署名をさせられます）になっており驚いた。受付は午前7時半まで無人となるため、それ以前のチェック・アウトはカードをフロントに返却し済ませるシステムになっている。他のホテルもそうであったが、スペインは朝が遅く、朝食などはホテル内のレストランの開店時間が9時とかというところもあるようだ。朝早い出発の場合には、特に小さなホテルでは朝食時間の事前確認が必要？

Ideal room for short stay

Personal muy atento, ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de estación del metro.

el desayuno muy cortito, la habitación la cama con una sabana sin mantas ni corcha ,la terraza cuan llegue avía un cenicero lleno de colillas y en las flores mas colillas tiradas, por lo demás bien.

La ubicación no es la mejor pero tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto de lunes a viernes. El hotel es muy limpio, habitaciones amplias. Desayuno muy bueno. Precio calidad recomendable

Overall it was very good. But the breakfast is very poor the bread has been left out even the sliced bread was dry on the crust the cheese and meat looked has if it had also just been left out from the previous day them cheese had gone dry on the edges the looked as if it was on the verge of being off the colour was not great. The fresh fruit was the same. Breakfast is not value for money imo.

Hôtel idéalement situé à proximité de l’aéroport mais attention le transfert entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel dépend de conditions qui ne sont pas indiquées sur la plate-forme. Malgré une demande en amont l’hôtel personne n’est venu nous récupérer et retour également impossible. Il fait également précisiez que la piscine ne fait que 80 cm de hauteur et n’est pas très entretenue. Dommage

Me gustó que se preocuparon por darme una bolsa picnic por mi salida tan temprano y no poder desayunar ahí..el servicio de taxi perfecto

La nota positiva sono le condizioni dell'hotel, nuovo e pulito, la nota negativa è la zona, non esistono ristoranti o bar a meno di un kilometro a piedi.

Endroit propre et calme. Il dispose d’une belle terrasse et piscine pour se détendre avant un vol. Petit déjeuner excellent. Pain sans gluten avec préavis. J’ai tout de même été accommodée le matin même. Lit et literie confortables. En tout point excellent pour un transit. Je recommande. En taxi/uber: entre 15 et 22 euros selon l’heure.

Très bien et idéal lors d'une escale d'une nuit. Tranquille, commode et calme. Petit déjeuner très bien. Belle terrasse sur le toit
