The front door to the annex was often unable to be unlocked. I had to go to the front desk every time, but they never found out the cause, whether it was a mechanical failure or an electronic error.

空港送迎に関して、曜日と時間の制限があることを分かりやすくしてほしい。 スタッフの方は皆良い片ばかりでした。

出張で一人で泊まりました！ ホテルは清潔で広さも問題ないと思います。 問題は立地です。 小さなホテルなのでタクシーは、よばないとこないし、基本徒歩で近くのところまで歩きました。 ホテルは英語は通じますが、マドリードは英語があんまり通じないので、ホテルはソル駅周辺にとるのが妥当だと思いました… 値段の割には満足しています。

繁華街から離れていてお店など近くにないのが不便ではありますが、住宅街の中にひっそりと建っており、大きな一軒家のようで外見からホテルとはわかりません。 客室もおしゃれですし、玄関の横にテラスもあって朝食にぴったりです。

部屋は地下の305号室を利用。新しい部屋とのことで、電話回線がつながっていないため、モーニング・コールも利用できず。また旅行代理店（今回はEXPEDIA）経由の予約、支払いの場合、顧客から（旅行会社から未払いがあった場合の）宿泊料支払い保障を取る制度（カードで支払い保障＋未払い時の支払い同意書に署名をさせられます）になっており驚いた。受付は午前7時半まで無人となるため、それ以前のチェック・アウトはカードをフロントに返却し済ませるシステムになっている。他のホテルもそうであったが、スペインは朝が遅く、朝食などはホテル内のレストランの開店時間が9時とかというところもあるようだ。朝早い出発の場合には、特に小さなホテルでは朝食時間の事前確認が必要？

Me gustó todo las instalaciones, el trato súper amables todo el personal, el sector seguro, áreas limpias, muy buena ubicación,recomendado ampliamente, la próxima vez no dudo en llegar nuevamente aquí. Satisfecha al 💯%

Passande boende för övernattningar inför konserter eller korta vistelser. Frukosten var okej och personalen trevlig. Rummet var väldigt kallt även fast man ändrade på termostaten, men fanns en filt man kunde ta fram. Det var även väldigt lyhört så är man känslig rekommenderar jag öronproppar. Nära till flygplatsen samt Riyadh Air Metropolitano och var smidigt att få tag i uber. 15-20 min från närmsta tunnelbana. Min rumsnyckel slutade dock fungera när jag kom hem efter en konsert men tack och lov så hade receptionen ej stängt än så kom in tillslut. Det fanns dock inget i närheten där man kunde handla mat eller liknande samt ingen kyl på rummet.

The room was very clean albeit a little small. A perfect room for a short stay in Madrid! The ac worked great too. The staff was friendly and the building for our room was just a short walk away from the main building. It is all secure and feels very safe. The hotel is also located pretty close to the airport which was nice! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast phenomenal. The pool was also great -I will say it does not have a deep end and is a little small, but it feels great in the heat and is located on the roof which is very cool. We were the only ones up there but if there were even two other groups at the pool it would have been crowded -again this is on the roof so I understand why it is small in size but I think it’s a great amenity!

Ideal room for short stay

Personal muy atento, ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de estación del metro.

el desayuno muy cortito, la habitación la cama con una sabana sin mantas ni corcha ,la terraza cuan llegue avía un cenicero lleno de colillas y en las flores mas colillas tiradas, por lo demás bien.

La ubicación no es la mejor pero tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto de lunes a viernes. El hotel es muy limpio, habitaciones amplias. Desayuno muy bueno. Precio calidad recomendable

Overall it was very good. But the breakfast is very poor the bread has been left out even the sliced bread was dry on the crust the cheese and meat looked has if it had also just been left out from the previous day them cheese had gone dry on the edges the looked as if it was on the verge of being off the colour was not great. The fresh fruit was the same. Breakfast is not value for money imo.
