朝方にホテルのwifi不具合で、緊急で連絡取りたいことがあった際とても不便で、スタッフの対応もよくありませでしたが、復旧してチェックアウトの際は謝ってくださったのでAll okです。 そこ以外は本当に親切丁寧なスタッフ、清潔で快適なお部屋！バスローブが肌触りよく最高！でした。

房間比想像中大和舒適，有足夠停車位，性價比高

Very happy with everything about our stay...staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating...rooms were very nice, and there were plenty of things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

First time staying at future inns we were pleasantly surprised. From check in to check out the service was excellent 👌👌 located close to city center with other amenities within walking distance. The staff were pleasant and very helpful always going the extra mile to help. Plenty of parking for free and several EV chargers at low cost. The restaurant food was exceptional and portions were very good. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We were actually surprised at how good this hotel is, considering how little they charge. Check-in was friendly and efficient. We were given a free option to stay an extra hour in the morning and to keep the car parked till 2, which was a massive help. The room was really big, even with 2 double beds. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of pillows. Nice big, clean bathroom. Drinking water is available from a machine. The hotel was busy, but we had a very restful and quiet night. My only criticism is that for an "accessible" hotel, a walk-in shower would be good. And more disabled spaces in the car park.

Great room for our little family. Fabulous parking. Breakfast had a lovely range of choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Nice hotel overall but few issues with things not working in the room, asked twice for them to be fixed and nobody came. Long queues also to check in which was slow. Bed comfy though and room clean

We paid £30 for an extra bed as I couldn't make it due to being in an accident so another Parent was bringing my son to race at the White Water Centre. when we got to the hotel you refused the bed, complete RIP OFF - disgusting!!!!

We love this hotel it is perfectly situated for our needs with free parking an added bonus Unfortunately on this occasion we found the bed and the pillows to be particularly hard and uncomfortable. Will book a different type of room next time

Location ideal.

Overall I would say it was a pretty good hotel. Not too far from the docks and was able to walk easily enough when going into town. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the breakfast, whilst it had a nice selection of items, I found the taste of the hot menu items a little off-putting.

We had an issue with our car when we were leaving and staff were very amenable.

Large room with two double beds which was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Beds very comfy - soft and firmer pillows. Big desk space - ideal if you wanted to work and, as well as the aircon the window could be opened. Good quality laundered towels, bathrobes available and free parking. 10-15 minutes walks to Cardiff Bay. Would recommend to all types of travellers. I didn’t eat here but the bar staff and reception staff friendly and efficient. Also ice machines for guests - added bonus.

Fab hotel much better than the sister one in Bristol cleaner, friendlier staff. And location is great too!! Close to many amenities

Staff were helpful and friendly. Within easy walking to Millennium Center and facilities of Cardiff Bay
