朝方にホテルのwifi不具合で、緊急で連絡取りたいことがあった際とても不便で、スタッフの対応もよくありませでしたが、復旧してチェックアウトの際は謝ってくださったのでAll okです。 そこ以外は本当に親切丁寧なスタッフ、清潔で快適なお部屋！バスローブが肌触りよく最高！でした。

Accomodations were good and staff friendly and helpful. The steak house across the street, Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay, was excellent. First realy good, really outstanding steak I have had in Europe. It was difficult to find the hotel but after that all was good

Rooms were clean. Parking was ample, close to bay (10-15 mins walk).

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice & food. Staff friendly & attentive. Room was a bit hot but put the air con on. Nice looking hotel & Sunday lunch was very nice the Yorkshire was a bit over fine but everything else was lovely.

Great hotel. Staff very good. Bed super comfy. I just found the room too hot. The air conditioning was making a lot of noise but didn’t seem to cool the room. So I didn’t sleep very well sadly.

Not attractive setting opposite industrial area and building site but clearly a development area. Restaurant dinner was disappointing and service was slow - dishes were not cleared during breakfast which was basic but ok.

Unfortunately building construction going on nearby. Clean room , however tv remote that harbour many germs could do with a deep clean. Staff friendly.

Close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to the bay and city centre. 2 x double beds, lovely bar and restaurant.

I always love staying here. Nice spacious rooms at a fair price and an excellent breakfast. Ideal for Millenium Centre and parking on site. Really highly recommended

Very nice hotel to stay at.

Good parking free of charge. Think you can walk to Cardiff bay but we didn't as there was a few islands and no pestrian crossing

Not the best welcome as they demand a credit card and are unable to take the hold charge with Apple Pay. They don need to realise that’s the future and people may not have the card! To be role ‘well you need to ring someone’ isn’t very good!

Great place to stay with family and explore Cardiff Bay

We had room only but the room was clean and comfy. Parking was also free which was a real bonus and very convenient. I’d recommend as close to Cardiff bay and not far from city centre. Good restaurants and facilities near by.
