家族で宿泊。Boardwalkで遊ぶのにロケーションは最高、フロントの対応なども良いが、施設はやはり古い。掃除もイマイチ。ペット同泊可能な点で選びました。

Over all my check was quick and smooth. Eduardo made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Very impressed and satisfied.

There are 2 wings; the hotel and long term stays-we stayed in the long term wing.

The only thing good about this place is location. Beds are horrible. Manager is rude. Will never return.

The stay was good. Nice rooms. The only issue we had was that we paid ahead of time to extend our check-out time to 1pm, and this information was not passed along to the cleaning person. She was visibly upset that we were not out of our room at 11am. I had to go down to the office to get the check-out time confirmed. Once confirmed that we had paid for a check-out time of 1pm, the cleaning person walked away (again, visibly upset) that she could not clean the room at 11am. This was not a big deal on my end but could have been avoided had this information been properly communicated.

No "elevator" as stated; also parking area was being paved; recieved notification notice late;was NOt able to cancel reservation. Nice staff; very clean hotel room & outdoor patio. Ideal for large familes with children, Ideal location across from Beach Boardwalk. Back parking area very shady with heavy metal door entrance; but we made it work for a few days of stay.

We stayed one night while passing through Santa Cruz. We'd stay here again.

Staff is very friendly. The boardwalk is a parking lot away.

Door doesn’t seem very secure. Rooms are very basic. No hair dryer. But for cost was clean and quiet.

This place is old but has good bones. The room was HUGE, with full size fridge and stove. It honestly was a mini apartment. The second bed was in a separate room. So it was really nice for the wife and I to have private time and not worry about the kids seeing us, you can just close the door. I definitely would come back here again!!!

This motel is nothing fancy but perfect for a family wanting to stay close to the boardwalk. 6 of us were comfortable able to stay in 1 room with awsome views. Nothing fancy here but comfortable and easy. Staff were friendly. Will stay here again in the future.

Due to being in close proximity of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk it was a bit noisy
