価格の割に朝食が充実していて、良いホテルだと思います。夜の便で空港についてタクシーで移動しましたが、空港から30分足らずで到着しました。ホテルから無料の空港シャトルもあるようです。また宿泊したいと思います。

帰国時の早朝出発のため、無料シャトルバス頑張ってあるので利用しました。その点は便利ですし、部屋も広く清潔です。ただ、ホテルの周囲は夜間も騒がしいです。それから街の中心からはかなり遠く、タクシーを利用しないといけません。

空港への無料シャトル バスがあるので利用しました。でもホテルに行くのにタクシーが必要で、バスたーミナルから約2千円くらい取られました。メーターのタクシーです。それから一階の部屋でしたが、一晩中外がうるさくて眠れませんでした。ホテルの人たちは良い人たちでご飯も美味しかったし、清潔だし、スペースもあるし、アイロンもあるし、安いから、空港利用と割り切るなら良いと思います。

部屋の設備も特に問題なかったです。朝食サービスが良かったです。スタッフも親切に対応してくれました。また利用したいです。

設備は古いのは否めないが、スタッフも親切で英語が話せ、空港送迎や結構おいしい無料の朝食もついてこの値段なら非常にお得だと思う。

Excellent long stay hotel. Excellent from desk. Very helpful, pleasant, accommodating and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was cold and not appealing. I loved the coffee and fruit. The bread and jam was also very good. We lunch menu was a little better. However, we bumped into an excellent Italian restaurant just steps from the casino.

Great stay. The onsite restaurant was delicious.

The rooms are very basic to say the least. For what we paid, been to many hotels in the San Jose gam area and this hotel was the most expensive so far, when we arrived the reception said they just finished preparing the room for us, there was 1 towel we were 4, the pillows were terrible. there was no soap in the shower. Not going there ever.

Late check-in, staff helpful, room great. Breakfast nt huge but lots of local and north American choices. Place out on an open terrace to eat with tropical plants and bird noises.

The hotel is in a good location for downtown accessibility. It is a 45 min walk or a 13 min Uber ride. The rooms are basic and clean. We had to be moved twice due to lack of hot water the in first room and the shower flooding the room the second room. The third room was good. The hotel staff that we connected with on these issues were very sympathetic and accommodating to get things right for us. The breakfast was good with 4 hot table options, an omelette and waffle table, fresh fruit and juices, cereal and yogurt and of course great coffee. The lounge bar was comfortable and a nice place to meet fellow travellers. The pool area is shared with the adjacent hotel property but the gym is in Palma Real property. The best part of Palma are the 2 concierges that we met and helped us navigate the highlights of San Jose and the surrounding area tours. They rate 6 stars.

Clean rooms, great service, accommodating. Very noisy - on 3rd floor you can still hear people talking on the street. The motorcycles and truck drivers engine sounds are loud enough to keep you awake so bring ear plugs.

The room was spotless, but what stood out was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the concierge. We appreciated his assistance in resolving an issue with our car rental, even after we had checked out and left. Above and beyond expectations!
