予想以上に山の上で、眺めは申し分なし。ホテルやホテルの周辺も古い建築を活かしておりとても素敵でした。車があれば、フラスカティ市街地からも5分程度で問題ないですが、毎日徒歩で市街地まで行くのは予想以上にきつかった。ホテル内のインターネットもビジネスでなければ問題ないものの、多少速度に不便を感じた。ビジネスでなくプライベートの旅行で、また利用したい。

Bellissima villa rinascimentale con enorme parco sulla collinna . Paesaggio spettacolare che va da Frascati a ostia. Vicinissima a Roma ma fuori dal caos di Roma

Bella villa sulle colline romane , camera confortevole . Bagno grande con alcuni problemi nell’erogatore della doccia che era vecchio e particolarmente otturato. Buona la colazione . Altra parte negativa è il viale per raggiungere la villa pieno di buche . Nel complesso una bella struttura .

The view from our room was stunning. Very spacious quiet hotel with beautiful vintage furnishings, excellent breakfasts and comfortable bed. Lots of available parking near the entrance. The wifi was very spotty especially in our room. Hallways were dimly lit. Overall a great stay in Friscati.

Satisfait à tout point de vue

Property is amazing to visit . But the hotel is poorly managed. AC doesn’t work Wifi none existent rooms are bare. beds uncomfortable showers are moldy Hair dryer does not work

Very beautiful villa in a peaceful context, the rooms could be modernized

Certainement ma pire expérience en Italie. A fuir !! Suite Junior réservée. Nous arrivons tard dans la nuit et trouvons les toilettes repeint d’excréments (voir photo). En demandant à l’accueil un changement de suite, il m’annonce d’abord que l’hôtel est complet puis me facture un supplément de 40€ car l’autre suite est plus grande. 45min de discussion à 1h du matin pour enfin aller dormir. Clou du spectacle, le lendemain au petit déjeuner le personnel se fiche de moi. Hôtel sale, literie catastrophique (voir photo) et personnel antipathique. Seul point fort, le bâtiment, un ancien hôtel particulier sur les hauteurs de Rome.

No AC, dim lights, some are not functioning, shower door does not fully close. Refrigerator does not cool down. Pillow is too thin, very uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was good.
