This hotel is really close from Tri-cities Airport and has good restaurant.

シャワーの出が弱いのと切り替えがよくなかったです。

室内はとても清潔で快適でした。フロントの方があまり手際が良くない印象です。空港から近いのでまた利用したいと思いますが、レストランがないのは不便ですね。

Conveniently near the airport & highway. Easy check-in. Pleasant employees. The night-table was dirty.

Nice and close to the airport

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were in town for a family event, so only slept in the room. View of durt and airport, so we kept curtains closed. All in all it was a nice hotel.

The pool was excellent for my children. Very safe and family friendly!

One of the ladies at the front desk was VERY RUDE!!! She did not share with me the hours of breakfast and / or the instructions for WiFi… The other lady at the desk (Latina) was VERY WONDERFUL as well!!!! She made sure I knew about the hotel inside and outside surroundings The shuttle driver / staff person Gloria was VERY WONDERFULLY!!!!

Very large rooms and comfortable beds. The people were very nice. There was excellent morning breakfast and other food from their restaurant. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
