ブリュージュの観光に便利な立地です。大聖堂の目の前。小さなホテルですが、古い建物を活かした素敵な内装。朝食会場は地下室でとても良い雰囲気でした。

フロントの対応も丁寧で英語も良く通じてかいてきでした。部屋はおしゃれで素敵でした。日本人としてはバスタブがあれば申し分なかったのですが。

Family run business. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice classical touch in decor everywhere. Great breakfast. Will stay again when in Bruge.

An absolute treasure. Hotel de Castillion was our home for three nights. This, after we had to pivot travel plans due to wildfires in France. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room gorgeous and cozy, and it was the perfect spot to stay in a perfect city.

A beautiful small hotel with a warm ambiance and comfortable beds. It is so close to everything and there is a lot to do in the city. Breakfast is very expensive but deluxe!

Ficamos em 2 quartos: o 108 e o 109. Tivemos problemas nos dois. No 108 o ar condicionado não funcionou. Ficava só em 25 graus o que é quente e impede qualquer noite de sono digna. Chamei a recepção e pedi ajuda na primeira noite. Me disseram que estava tudo certo e que a temperatura iria baixar. Minha filha acordou toda suada e a temperatura ainda estava 25 graus! O chuveiro desse quarto fazia barulhos durante a noite sem que ninguém estivesse mexendo! O quarto 109 o ar condicionado funcionava, mas acordamos às 6 da manhã com a claridade porque a janela do banheiro não é adequadamente vedada e não há porta separando o ambiente do banheiro do quarto. Reclamei pela manhã. Embora tenham tirado fotos, não tinham nenhuma solução para nenhum dos problemas exceto se eu quisesse fazer um upgrade e pagar mais 135 euros pela categoria superior! O hotel é bem localizado, mas não tem restaurante, portanto não há serviço de quarto e nada que não funcione vai ser resolvido. Diante das reclamações os funcionários me olhavam e só diziam que não podiam fazer nada!!! Como nossa experiência foi ruim nos dois quartos não acredito que demos azar e sim que o hotel falha enormemente em proporcionar uma experiência condizente com os preços cobrados. PS. Estivemos no verão e com isso foi como passar duas noites no inferno.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were so so helpful and the room was just wonderful. Peaceful, clean, well equipped and just lovely. There is nothing I can fault with the experience. I will be staying again for sure.

Es increíble la decoración de las habitaciones, con un estilo elegante y clásico. La ubicación es excelente para caminar por la zona turística y esta en un punto medio entre el centro y la estacion de tren. El personal es muy atento y reitero que la habitación es impecable y espaciosa. Sin duda alguna, pretendo repetir mi estancia, en mi siguiente viaje a Brujas

Excellent location, clean and very friendly staff

Vi skulle bara hitta ett hotell för natten så kom vi till detta lilla paradis. Så otroligt charmigt. Lyxigt utan att bli pretentiöst. Måste upplevas. Tyckte först det kändes märkligt att hotellet hade 9,8 trots ett så rimligt pris. Det känns inte märkligt längre. Vi bokade till en natt för att få uppleva atmosfären lite längre.

Lovely hotel, really well situated in the central area and easy to walk to any attractions/museums. Comfy bes. Nice touch of the wine provided free of charge in the room. Immaculately clean and helpful and welcoming staff. Really recommend and would stay here again
