冬季に滞在。屋外プールなどが使えないことは理解して予約した。基本的には快適な滞在であり、不快感もなかった。屋内温水プールは温かく楽しめた。しかし、食事はほとんどトルコ料理（バラエティが少なめ）、子供向けサービスがあまり充実していない、カフェなどのクオリティが物足りないなど、過去に滞在した近隣ホテル（もう少し高価格）と比べると物足りなかったことは否めない。 ただし、繰り返しだが、大きな不快感はなく、楽しんだ。夏季は状況は違うだろうし、価格帯もあるので値段相応かもしれない。

レストランの接客があまりやる気がなかったのが気になった

浴槽あり、なしは確かに確認していないが、クラス、ルームレートから当然にバスタブありの部屋だと思っていた。 いくら国際的なシーリゾートだとはいえ、 トルコのリゾートでこのレートでバスタブがないとは？ 子供連れが圧倒的で、部屋数も多く、エレベーターも満杯状態とはね！

Nice property overall, clean and spacious. Cons: no iron in the room, they want 5-15 euros per garment to be " pressed", more if you want it washed and pressed. Steam room was closed (out of order) every time I went there. Indoor pool facility, sauna/steam room section is closed altogether at 8 pm. Very noisy on some nights until about midnight if you are an early sleeper. Food

Hotellet er helt sikkert målrettet til børnefamilier, deres kids club er fremragende stor børnebassin til de helt små, dog kan man ikke sige det samme til maden,4 overnatninger med samme menu hvor de bare har flyttet rundt på fadene, det er ikke acceptabelt, servicen i restaurant er også af den ringe ende.

Fantastic hotel. Proper looks like the titanic from both outside and inside. Absolutely caters for all, from babies to teens to adults. Plenty of daily entertainment. 4 massive pools, 1 indoor pool with gym and an aqua park. Soo many other playgrounds, spac facilty, yoga space, football fields. The staffs are fab always ready to help. Plenty of hotel restaurents and bar about. And the best part is its all inclusive so plenty of food and drinks through out. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples 👍 will deo return if i come antalya again.

Nothing too special, pretty basic.

Really great stay. Service is excellent, food is varied and plentiful with ice cream wadfle bar available during the day and a la carte lunch restaurants included for lunch. Kids enjoyed kids club and made lits of friends. Would definitely come back.

Gut ein Hotel für Kids

Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzetleri gayet güzeldi. Odalardaki çift kişilik yatak maalesef çok küçük ve rahat değildi. Otelin organizasyon kısmı çok zayıf. Animasyon ekibi var ama yok gibi. Çocuk kulübü çok kapsamlı ancak işlevsel değil çoğu alanı kullanılmıyor. Müşteri ilişkilerine memnuniyetsizliğinizi anlatıyorsunuz bahaneler üretiliyor. Dış havuz sıcaklığı güzeldi.

Odalarda çift kişilik yataklar çok küçük. Çocuk klubü büyük ve kapsamlı ancak çoğu atölye kullanılmıyor. Müşteri ilişkileri zayıf. Çözüm odaklı değiller

Beautiful place and service

RUDE STAFF. Cat scratched my nephew in the indoor dining area. Always cats in the buffet and he had to go hotel to get an injection. HOTEL TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. Always disturbing my guests saying their room booking is incorrect. Some rooms very cold some rooms very hot

I loved the 24 hour options for meals!

Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an manchen Stellen eine Renovierung vertragen. In der Nebensaison wird nur abgearbeitet und es wird kaum Wert auf Wohlfühlenatmosphäre gelegt…mussten das Zimmer Wechseln, da die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und wir total laute und ständig betrunkene Nachbarn hatten.
