The nonsmoking room was obviously smoked in leaving all of our things smelling of smoke.

Coffee would have been nice. Room was great

From beginning to end this was not a good experience. We arrived and after an indifferent check-in process went to the two rooms and one of them had not been made up or cleaned. Called the front desk and he explained that he had to see it for himself and he came up inside. After some discussion he agreed to go get keys to another room. Although this room had been cleaned, there was staining on the walls and the comforter that looked a lot like blood. And there were for only one towel in the room. Front desk was very indifferent to the concerns

Smoking room was almost impossible to breathe, no soap in the shower, very dirty room.

The property advertises renovated. its an old motel that’s been painted and redone poorly. The tv didn’t work and it was dirty. The sheets and towels seemed clean.

The room looked newly renovated and clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower water was perfect. The staff was so nice & helpful.The parking lot was safe and well managed. They were pet friendly and had a grassy area for them with provided potty bags. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Access and parking was safe and secure. Front desk was very responsive. Room lacked adequate maid service, no toilet paper in bathroom and towels not replaced daily.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. No frills hotel for a good price. Close enough to Talladega for race weekend.

The floors were not swept and all counter surfaces were not wiped down.

Pretty much clean room other than bathroom counter, was not cleaned. Vey sticky. Good parking, lots of good shops near by

Convenient to JSU football game

Exactly what I expected for price... some guests like to hang out outside windows/door but it is what it is. For price and all it's great. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Room and cleanliness can be improved but it won't be as affordable and it's above acceptable. Don't expect luxury at this price and it's perfect

Very nice and friendly staff. Kept the room nice and clean while i was gone during the day. No complaints!
