スタッフの対応が良い

場所・サービス・設備良かったのですが、 エアコンの調整がうまくいかず、 朝起きたらすごく寒かった。

部屋の老朽化、照明の暗さが気に入らない

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。清潔感があり礼儀正しい。

The room was clean and the shower had good hot water. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. There were few Japanese-speaking staff. It felt like there was a lack of service for Japanese people compared to past times.

The staff have always been very friendly and the service was excellent this time as well.

まずホテルの入り口からスタッフの対応　カウンターの対応　部屋の雰囲気等。 部屋の湯の出量が少ないのが一つ残念で気になることはこの一つだけでした。

The hotel’s proximity to the station was convenient. Although the room was old, it felt clean. There was no hot or cold water from the bathtub faucet, so I couldn’t use the tub. The shower worked, but the water pressure was weak.

日本語の話せる人が居なくなったのは残念

トイレが日本メーカーのウォシュレットだったのとバスタブがあるのはとても良かった。 古い建物だが内装は綺麗で快適でした。 朝食もおいしく種類が豊富。 日本語も話せるスタッフがいて快適でした。

いつも利用している。安心感がある。

The rooms were very nice and clean. The amenities were excellent and pleasant. I was a little disappointed that when I used the shower room, it leaked outside and wet the floor. A faster Wi-Fi speed would be appreciated.

たまたま誕生日に宿泊だったのですが、サプライズで誕生日ケーキを頂きました。いくつになってもうれしい物です。

フロントは英語が通じず、1人だけ日本語の分かる人が居た。事前に空港ピックアップサービスを依頼したが何度もプッシュしたがノーアンサーであった。

朝食がなかなかひどかった。 ご飯は完全に保温しっぱなしで一晩おいてカピカピ。スクランブルエッグは殻交じり。 部屋は年月感はあるが綺麗で快適。

ホテルのフロントマンは良い仕事をした

チェックアウト正午は、朝ご飯の後も充分くつろげました。
