近くにスーパー、コンビニがない。

観光でもビジネスでも滞在先としてとてもいいと思います。クラシックな感じと現代アートが同居していて、スタッフもフレンドリーで気負わずにリラックスしていられました。窓の外の風景もダブルデカーが走り、古い街並みに囲まれていて、ロンドンにいる嬉しさが倍増。ただ、お部屋にはエスプレッソマシンのみで、湯沸かしポットがない事だけがちょっと不便でした。

地下鉄へのアクセスやバスのアクセスが良い、近くにいいグロッサリーがあるなど立地もよく、価格もリーズナブルで、部屋もダブルベッドで地上階だったので満足でした。

Our room was very small. Especially shower room was too small. The stuff was friendry and the town was beautiful.

地下鉄の駅の目の前で便利。スタッフも親切。エレベーターから更に階段を上がるので、スーツケースを持ち上げて運ばなくてはならなかった。シャワーの防水扉が短く、どうしても外に水が出てしまった。

古い建物ですが、設備や備品は新しく、水まわりなど清潔感があると思います。午後に1階のラウンジで、お茶と焼菓子のサービスがあって、街並みを眺めながら、ゆったり静かな時間を過ごせました。 地下鉄の駅、バス停ともに近く、便利です。

Very good location, right in front of tube station and convenient for buses to Chelsea area. The room and the service are basic but comfortable. I have stayed several types of the rooms and always banged my led into the corner of the bed! Because of the shape of the bed frame and the limited space.

Excellent location for our concert at Chelsea Hospital. Price was reasonable for location. Could not find a kettle in the room, probably were supposed to use Nespresso coffee machine, but I like a proper kettle. We didn't query with management as it wasn't a problem, though my wife does like here cup of tea in the morning. Staff on reception very friendly. We would certainly stay again if we were in that area again.

If you are looking to stay in a part of London, away from the tour groups, craziness, then Sloane Square is for you. I've been coming to London for 50 yrs and this is my favorite area.The hotel is not fancy but comfortable, easy to take the bus anywhere or walk and feels more like London than other areas. During the Chelsea Flower Show it is loud and crowded be aware that may not be the time you want to visit. The hotel has a nice breakfast room overlooking the square. (cost is extra). Rooms that face the square are lovely. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy… a little on the small side. Staff were very helpful and professional. Great location. Convenient for Kings Road stores and good restaurants. Would stay again.

Everything about it was perfect. Even the walkable location was just what we needed in a nice location. Full staff was very helpful and friendly.

The concierge and check in staff were excellent throughout. The location of the hotel is also excellent for those who are into the flower show! Only slight problem was the turn down service - we got it the first night (with only one drink and one chocolate though!) and then nothing at all on the second night. Just feels a bit inconsistent is all.
