とても便利な場所にあり、スローンスクエアの雰囲気も素敵です。

近くにスーパー、コンビニがない。

観光でもビジネスでも滞在先としてとてもいいと思います。クラシックな感じと現代アートが同居していて、スタッフもフレンドリーで気負わずにリラックスしていられました。窓の外の風景もダブルデカーが走り、古い街並みに囲まれていて、ロンドンにいる嬉しさが倍増。ただ、お部屋にはエスプレッソマシンのみで、湯沸かしポットがない事だけがちょっと不便でした。

地下鉄へのアクセスやバスのアクセスが良い、近くにいいグロッサリーがあるなど立地もよく、価格もリーズナブルで、部屋もダブルベッドで地上階だったので満足でした。

Our room was very small. Especially shower room was too small. The stuff was friendry and the town was beautiful.

地下鉄の駅の目の前で便利。スタッフも親切。エレベーターから更に階段を上がるので、スーツケースを持ち上げて運ばなくてはならなかった。シャワーの防水扉が短く、どうしても外に水が出てしまった。

古い建物ですが、設備や備品は新しく、水まわりなど清潔感があると思います。午後に1階のラウンジで、お茶と焼菓子のサービスがあって、街並みを眺めながら、ゆったり静かな時間を過ごせました。 地下鉄の駅、バス停ともに近く、便利です。

Very good location, right in front of tube station and convenient for buses to Chelsea area. The room and the service are basic but comfortable. I have stayed several types of the rooms and always banged my led into the corner of the bed! Because of the shape of the bed frame and the limited space.

The location is very good. Sloane Square and Kings Road have a lot to offer in respect of shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean. The rooms a very small especially the shower cubicle. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging on the sides. We arrived very early in the morning with intention of leaving our luggage. The receptionist was very curt and immediately informed us that they could not do an early check in because of some lame excuse. Apart from not asking about this or expecting this we would have appreciated an attempt of an offer to check us in earlier. Also they could have placed our luggage which consisted of a couple of cabin bags and a rack sack in our room when we returned later that day, in the evening. I am not sure about the advantages of booking through Expedia. I am a regular returning customer and have read somewhere that hotels booked through them will offer an upgrade (when available). I don’t recall any occasion when this has happened in London. Maybe this can be clarified by Expedia.

The hotel us fabulous. The immediate area is loaded with shops & restaurants. Public transportation is readily available. Don't mis the basement Speakeasy: The Knox.

Um hotel acolhedor e cheio de charme. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama excelente, bons travesseiros e roupa de cama de qualidade, além de uma localização ótima. O que realmente fez a diferença na nossa estadia foi a atenção da equipe. Gostaria de destacar o Joshua, da recepção, cuja gentileza e cuidado conquistaram toda a nossa família. Foi por causa dele que este hotel se tornou nossa escolha certa para futuras viagens a Londres.

Hotel com um lobby bem pequeno, mas extremamente charmoso. Quarto excelente, com ótima cama, travesseiros e lençóis, além de localização muito boa. O grande destaque, porém, é a cordialidade da equipe. Gostaria de mencionar especialmente o recepcionista Joshua, que encantou toda a minha família e fez nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Com certeza escolhemos este hotel para voltar muitas vezes a Londres, e isso se deve muito a ele.

Clean Room, helpful and polite staff

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, com quarto amplo, cama excelente, lençóis de ótima qualidade e um banheiro impecável. A janela antirruído funciona perfeitamente, mesmo estando em uma avenida movimentada — o quarto é muito silencioso. Fica cercado de ótimos restaurantes, lojas e tem estação de metrô ao lado. Recomendo muito.

Great location but overall the hotel isn’t very very very tired probably the worst bathroom. I’ve said it in a hotel in London and the rooms need some serious upgrades. If it wasn’t for the venue nobody would stay there.
