とても便利な場所にあり、スローンスクエアの雰囲気も素敵です。

近くにスーパー、コンビニがない。

観光でもビジネスでも滞在先としてとてもいいと思います。クラシックな感じと現代アートが同居していて、スタッフもフレンドリーで気負わずにリラックスしていられました。窓の外の風景もダブルデカーが走り、古い街並みに囲まれていて、ロンドンにいる嬉しさが倍増。ただ、お部屋にはエスプレッソマシンのみで、湯沸かしポットがない事だけがちょっと不便でした。

地下鉄へのアクセスやバスのアクセスが良い、近くにいいグロッサリーがあるなど立地もよく、価格もリーズナブルで、部屋もダブルベッドで地上階だったので満足でした。

Our room was very small. Especially shower room was too small. The stuff was friendry and the town was beautiful.

地下鉄の駅の目の前で便利。スタッフも親切。エレベーターから更に階段を上がるので、スーツケースを持ち上げて運ばなくてはならなかった。シャワーの防水扉が短く、どうしても外に水が出てしまった。

古い建物ですが、設備や備品は新しく、水まわりなど清潔感があると思います。午後に1階のラウンジで、お茶と焼菓子のサービスがあって、街並みを眺めながら、ゆったり静かな時間を過ごせました。 地下鉄の駅、バス停ともに近く、便利です。

Very good location, right in front of tube station and convenient for buses to Chelsea area. The room and the service are basic but comfortable. I have stayed several types of the rooms and always banged my led into the corner of the bed! Because of the shape of the bed frame and the limited space.

I love the room. We had a large window and the bed was very comfortable. I like the bathroom as well. The staff were all professional and polite. We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. I also love the free breakfast meal at The Lounge. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

Great stay! Wonderful location as a quick walk to the underground. We were upgraded in our room was was great. Decent size. We ate at the restaurant twice and had a great meal.

It was good as expected. Friendly staff my shower room was tiny .. pretty tight ..a bigger person would struggle to use it. Why 2 showers : on ceiling and a handle shower in such a small space !!??

Great hotel with impeccable service by the staff. Directly across the Square made it a great location but unfortunately road construction made it a bit of a hassle. Unclear as to whether breakfast was included (told at check in it was) because t at checkout had to pay 20 pounds per meal!

Nice to have extras to make our stay more special and loved the DJ in the lobby for afternoons. Room was a bit tired with a dogdy room lock and in need of a refresh. All staff were lovely and would stay again. Be aware of road works straight outside the hotel as they were very noisy.

We had mice in our room and had to be moved at 1 AM to another room. Not a clean or proper place. Hotel said they would get in touch to review the situation and never got back to us.

Great location in London on the edge of Chelsea and Belgravia. Lots to walk around and see in the area and right across from a Tube station. Our initial room was designed for disability accommodations and had no view and a bathroom with an open shower that flooded the entire room when you showered. We were able to upgrade to a much nice and more acceptable room after the first night.

The location was excellent. The only negative was having to take a cold shower each morning, even after notifying staff the first morning.
