夫婦と子ども2人で4日間滞在しました。ロケーションはやはり、市街地（中心部）からは少し距離があるな、と思います。バスで１０～１５分くらいですね。子連れだと少し大変かもしれませんが、救いはホテルの目の前にバス停があること。部屋自体は普通に過ごせます。歩いて5分くらいのところにスーパーがあったので自炊するには困りません。海岸までも歩いて5分ぐらいでしょうか？一つだけ難とすればバスタブにお湯を貯めると次の人のお湯が出なくなりました。

海岸や旧市街地等観光地にも近く、スーパーやバス停も目の前と非常に便利。部屋も清潔で滞在中快適に過ごせました。 ただひと一つ、パリのアダージョにはあったドライヤーが部屋になかったことが残念です。 フロントで借りることはできますが、毎日必要なものですので、改善されれば最高のアパートメントホテルです。

値段相応でした。しかし、場所が中心地から少し離れているので日本人の友人におすすめするには気が引けます。ホテルスタッフの対応はとてもよく、観光したい場所への交通手段をわかりやすく教えていただき助かりました。

Schönes Apartment- mit großem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer.

This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

Bon séjour et bien placé hôtel calme. Nous avons séjourné une nuit, le chambre est bien équipé.

Very clean room in a good area close to the beach and tram to go to the city center . The service is friendly and helpful especially Tatiana who gave us also city recommendations. I loved to stay there .

Easy to find, close to the beach and tram, safe area, very nice and helpful staff. Rooms big enough and clean for a budget friendly hotel.

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.

Good location. Couple of nice places to eat nearby. Has all the amenities such as a rubbish disposal room and water fountain. I did ask for 2 single beds (via the expedia app) a while before arriving but this wasnt responded to by the property. There is also supposed to be a room service after 7 days which was never done so we had to use the same bed sheets / towels etc for 12 days.

Chambre propre mais portes qui grincent mais tout le nécessaire est là et accueil parfait.

Mukava hotelli. Lentokentältä helppo kulkea ratikalla hotelille. Tykättiin, kun ei ole ihan keskustassa.

I had a great stay at this property in Nice! The place was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen stocked with pans and cooking utensils, which made it easy to cook meals. The sheets were fresh and clean. One thing to note: if you need extra towels, there’s an additional charge. The location is excellent — very walkable, with the tram, grocery store, and the beach just a block away. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfekt lokasjon, hyggelig personale, ok rom til en bra pris. Minus for at man må betale ekstra for rene håndklær

Bien situé, service courtois, propre.

Sentral beliggenhet, enkelt med bane med stopp rett ved, enkelt med parkering, kort vei til strand i Nice. Bassengområdet rent og pent, men strenge regler. Fin terrasse, gang noe slitt. Gode senger og aircondition som fungerte flott. Hyggelige folk i resepsjon.

Nizza war zu Fuß erreichbar. Das war das Einzig Positive Kein Handtuchwechsel; erst nach 7 Tagen wurde die Handtücher gewechselt. Unhygienisch!!! Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und wir wohnten im 7 Stockwerk. Die Luft im Treppenhaus war nicht auszuhalten. Man hat kaum Luft bekommen. Im Schwimmbad durfte man lediglich ein Handtuch mitnehmen und man musste eine Badekappe tragen, die man für 5 Euro erwerben musste, ohne Badekappe hatte man nicht mal Zugang zum Pool. Noch nie erlebt. Hier wäre eine Preiserstattet angebracht.
