Superbe chambre avec de bon équipement sauf pour la climatisation que nous arrivons pas réglé pour avoir plus de fraîcheur. Point négatif : malgré que nous avions dit que nous allions quitter l'établissement à midi malheureusement une femme de chambre peu agréable est venu au sein de la chambre à 9h du matin

Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures reaching 32°C. The rooms were around 26°C, humid and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. When I raised this with reception at 2am, they seemed surprised despite multiple recent reviews mentioning the same issue. After a poor night's sleep, we were moved to different rooms the next morning where the air conditioning worked, although it still wasn't particularly cold. I was offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this hardly made up for paying for rooms that lacked a basic advertised amenity. The rooms appear recently renovated but are very small, poorly lit and have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, the hotel feels much closer to a budget motel than a 3-star property. Breakfast at around €16 per person is poor value. Coffee comes from a syrup-based machine, the hot food selection is limited and appeared to have been sitting out for some time, and there are only a few pastries, cold meats and yoghurts available. You're far better off finding a local café.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, buchen immer wieder. Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn. Um die Ecke ist direkt ein Carrefour (Lebensmittelgeschäft) Schön ruhig, super frühstück, Personal ist freundlich. Einzig ein paar Ladesäulen für Elektroautos fehlen, sind aber nicht weit entfernt auch verfügbar. Parken ist Kostenlos. Alles Top.

La chambre rénovée, l’accueil, l’ambiance très sympa, merci!

L’accueil a été relativement froid et impersonnel. La seconde porte de la chambre ne fermait pas du tout, ce qui fait que l’on entendait tous les bruits alentours. La baignoire était bouchée, ce qui est peu pratique pour prendre une douche.
