設備的にはきれいだし、清潔です。　フロントスタッフの対応も親切で丁寧な対応でした。 やはりバスタブではいる風呂は長期の出張のつかれをいやしてくれました。

コロナ対策が徹底されており、安心して宿泊できた。 朝食はコロナ対策でブッフェではなく個々のテーブル でのオーダーとなり、 さみしかった。 また、ヘルスケアセンターも徒歩3分、また、ＰＣＲ検査場も 徒歩15分程度のところにあり、便利でした。フロントの対応 も親切でよかった。

深夜のチェックインでも笑顔を絶やさず、こちらの拙い英語もゆっくり聞き取って下さいました。二度目の利用でしたが、次もお世話になりたいです。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい

場所に関しては、レイキャビクの街の中心から離れていて、中心部まで徒くと30分程度かかる。ただし、ゴールデンサークルツアーやオーロラツアーのバスについては、行きはこのホテルが最後のピックアップポイント、帰りは最初のドロップポイントとなる（ことが多いと思う）ため、たくさんの停留所やホテルを回らされることがなくて良い。 ホテルについては、建物はそこまで新しくはないが、綺麗に掃除されていて清潔感がある。宿泊した部屋は、ベッドルームに比してバスルームが異様に広く、バスルーム専用の暖房もついていたものの、やや寒かった。なお、暖房はオイルヒーター。湯沸かし器がついていたので、カップ麺も食べることができ便利だった。

Location was perfect and staff was friendly

It was good. Expensive even for Iceland. Rooms were pretty basic but clean.

Overall, we liked our stay. Of course, everything in Iceland is overpriced, but we managed. Some staff are great; some are not. We did enjoy our disability-friendly room. I enjoyed the expertise that the downstairs bartenders displayed.

The lobby/sitting area was nice. The breakfast was my least favorit of the hotels I have stayd at.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room for three nights, but the pull out bed was so uncomfortable we ended up needing to rent a separate room for the remaining two nights.

Reception staff welcomed us with a smile and calmness. I had our Suite pre-ordered and everything was spot on. Ready cold drinks in the mini bar, sodas,beer and wine, red wine in the closet. I don't drink alcahol, so the only thing i could give Hilton to think about to have in the mini bar is beer,red,white,sparkling wine wich are totally 0,0 % alc free.The main wine products offer them today. But ofcourse i could ask for it in the bar and the reastaurant. Becouse I had the Suite 8th floor we had access to the Panorama executive lounge.All drinks with and without alacahol, simmular to the minibaracks, was free between 17 -19. The City view from the Lounge was amazing. The Spa is one of the best.

Alles sehr freundlich, sauber und modern. Ich würde den Gästen in Reykjavik empfehlen immer mit Halbpension zu buchen!
