総合評価とレビュー Apartamentos Roc Portonova

9歳、6歳の子供を連れての家族四人で、今回初めてマジョルカを訪れました。ホテルの従業員の方々からは皆、気持ちの良い笑顔のご対応をして頂きました。スペイン語の苦手な我々でしたが、英語で十分なコミュニケーションを図ることができました。 朝食会場でテキパキと働く笑顔の女性スタッフ、プールサイドで子供達と遊んでくれた若い女性スタッフ、聞かれれば熱心に教えてくれたフロントの初老の男性スタッフが印象に残っています。 最初、1階のお部屋に案内をされたのですが、この部屋は窓からの景色が悪く、セキュリティ面もちょっと不安が残ったので、一泊した次の日、3階の別部屋に変更してもらいました。すぐに応じてくれたのが有難かったです。ただ残念ながらこの部屋からもオーシャンビューは望めませんでした。全室オーシャンビューなのかとハナから信じ込んでいたので、その点はちょっと残念。おまけにこの変更してもらったお部屋は空調の「利き」が思わしくなく、2回ほどみてもらったのですが結局直りませんでした。外出中に扇風機の差し入れがあったのは嬉しかったですが、やっぱりクーラーが利かなかったのはマイナスです。お部屋そのものはこの辺りの他ホテルと同様のしつらえのようで、相応に居心地は良かったですが、テレビが小さいのとソファーベッドがいまいちでした。贅沢なだけかも知れませんが。ロケーションは海にとても近く、周辺にはレストランも充実、小さめながらも綺麗なプールとプールサイドバーがあり、リラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。特にプールサイドで連日行われていた様々なイベントは、やや寂しいながらもこじんまりとしていて子供達は満喫していたようです。 リゾートホテル感覚を期待していなければ、お値打ち感のある良いホテルだと思います。

Sadly not an impressive stay. Building was under construction but this caused lots of inconvenience for us and really put a downer on the holiday. Hotel was extremely dusty and corridors smelt really bad which was bad due to a member of the party being asthmatic. There was very loud construction work which started early most mornings and woke us up. There was also several days of our trip where we woke up to no water, not hot water and on some occasions while we were in apartment we had no power as power cut out. This was unacceptable and hotel did not seem too bothered.

El trato de recepción muy bueno. Realmente era lo único bueno. Las habitaciones muy oscuras. Las terrazas no tienen luces ( hay focos pero no hay interruptor para encender). Todo súper sucio. La piscina estaba muy fría para ser piscina climatizada. Las barandillas estaban rotas en la piscina y había una punta de hierro de las barandillas. Súper peligroso.

I must make everybody aware do not visit this hotel. There are enormous works including electricity being cut off no hot water. The pool is not usable dust and workmen everywhere the lifts didn’t work. Nobody manning the reception desk to deal with our problems. And when we rang, we just got a answerphone and then cut off absolutely appalling avoid avoid avoid. such danger I can’t upload as many photographs as I took, but it was terrible

Mycket bra läge, hotellet renoveras och vi bodde i lägenheten utan renovering, därför lägenheten var i dåligt skick, men vi tycker att hotellet ligger perfekt och vi kan ta våra hundar med . Vi har redan beställt nästa vistelse på samma hotell .Hoppas renovering går fort.

Slitet hotell med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag vet att viss renovering ska ske under vintern. Stora lägenheter med stora balkonger. Vi hade turen att få byta lgh till en med bättre utsikt och därmed ytterligare ett rum. När det gäller städningen fanns mer att önska. Fin och ren pool med ok polområde med bar/servering. Lugnt läge i kanten av Palmanova. Bra bussförbindelser till bla Palma. Bra strand med solsängar, parasoll och låsbart skåp att hyra.

Good location. We had 2 bed apartment, which needs some maintenance. Ground floor apartment and the access to the pool is in need of repair. The gate has been broken and the metal pieces have just been left sticking out, very dangerous if you were staying with children. The beds were very comfy, I’d say we were lucky enough to have new mattresses. The sheets and towels were also clean and in good condition, however overall the apartment needs a refurb. The internal doors are in bits and the patio door nearly doesn’t open. Nice pool. Food available at pool bar all day. Overall our stay was fine as it was only 3 days but if you have high expectations don’t stay here. It’s very dated and in need of upgrade.

Great apartment, very spacious with a fantastic view especially for the price. Yes the rooms are tired but everything was clean and well equipped. The beds are very firm. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool area was clean and the pool bar prices are very reasonable.

Great location and although rooms are a bit dated, for what I paid I have say it was value for money

The hotel is a bit old and not too clean but I had a great time, nice staff, nice pool and I would definitely stay here again

La vue, appartement spacieux ,à 3mn de la plage

We were not impressed with this hotel and booked another and left after one night. The room air conditioning did not work so none of the family got any sleep. The room wasn’t the cleanest but the air con was our main problem. In the hallways of the hotel the carpet was not very clean. It seemed as though some people actually live in the hotel as there was people with dogs and non hotel furniture on balconies. On one of the floors there was broken walls and flaked off paint / wood chip where part of the wall had been broken. Would not recommend and would not book again.

Le logement est un peu vieillot, le climatisation est bruyante, beaucoup d'insectes. Peu de vaisselle alors que c'est prévu pour 4 personnes

Despite not being the best in terms of infrastructure, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay due to the staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Cheers to them!

Perfekt läge vid stranden med fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Serviceinriktad personal.

Tres vieux , les photos ne ressemblent pas au logement. La boite a électricité ouverte et insecure La baignoire ne donne pas envie d'y prendre un bain

We booked to stay for 3 nights Arrived in the evening, staff ( Helena) very nice. Once out of reception area, accommodation is very dated and in need of attention. Apt/ Room was clean Toilet flush broken and toilet leaking Contacted recp and it was repaired the next morning. Air con on but doesn’t do much in the bedrooms Beds comfy, clean towels Sliding door to balcony poor quality and hard to slide or secure Ants in the lounge area Corner and on balcony
