プッチーニ音楽祭でオペラを見るために宿泊しました。 海岸沿いのわかりやすい立地のホテルです。 ホテルの契約駐車場がありましたが、20：30以降は出入りができなくなるため、オペラ会場に行くことができないので、路上のブルーラインの駐車エリアを利用しました。これが大変で毎日毎日確保に時間を要しました。 一日中おきっぱなしならばホテルが8ユーロでデイリーパスを発行してくれます。 部屋はきれいでオーシャンビューでしたが、西向きなので午後はシャッターを下ろしたままにしないと過ごせませんでした。午前、夜間は快適でした。水回りも良好です。 朝食は品数多く、非常に美味しく頂きました。

海の雰囲気が良く出た内装 イタリア的なアンティークでもセレブなリゾートでもなく、これぞ夏の海！というビアレッジョにぴったりの内装 立地も最高 303号に泊まったが、角部屋で海と海辺の道を一望 フロントはみんな親切 朝ごはんとても充実 ただ駐車場がないので、青枠の路駐エリアが空いてないと大変

Buon soggiorno

Hotel had wonderful rooms with balcony (superior dubbelroom) and sea view. Placement very good near seapromenade and shopping. Service at the hotell breakfast very unattended though,also reception felt a bit uninterested. This was our second time at this hotel and breakfast service as bad both times. Lovely aroundings made it good anyway. Nice room too.

Der Service ist klasse, insbesondere an der Bar. Das Hotel ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, zusätzliche Speisen können von der Karte kostenfrei bestellt werden. Die Lage ist an der Strandpromenade einzigartig. Parken ist für EUR 10 pro 24 Stunden in den angrenzenden Straßen möglich.

The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel. Nice lobby and bar area . Our room was large with two big closets and a nice bathroom. Really clean and tidy . We had two balcony's with partial sea view . We had room 206 . I highly recommend this hotel. David from the Rock 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Very lovely hotel- front desk staff were wonderful. The beaches are gorgeous and recommend using the ones affiliated with the hotel for better rates on beach chairs. We had a really nice stay and wished we’d booked for a day or two longer. Breakfast buffet and a la carte options were super. Could only wish for perhaps more prompt service on the coffee front. Even on mornings when we arrived early it seemed a bit of a struggle. But that is maybe nitpicking. We also loved the lobby bar in the evening for a night cap and a card game. Overall fabulous stay. Thank you!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu früh und haben unser Zimmer breits beziehen können…vielen Dank nochmals! ☺️ Das Zimmer war sehr schön, gross und sauber. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend…man kann sogar noch zusätzlich, etwas von der Karte bestellen. 👌 Die Lage…direkt an der Strandpromenade 🛍️ PP gibt es öffentliche, gleich an der Promenade entlang. Können es nur weiter empfehlen 👌

Great breakfast great location beautiful hotel

Plus points: Hotel was excellent, staff were very helpful and responsive, room was in excellent condition, maid service was excellent, breakfast was very good, view from our balcony was excellent, location was excellent. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and food was very reasonable and top quality in the area. You can go on the ferry from the port to cinque terrre (great trip) and easily get to pisa to see the leaning tower and other attractions. It is well positioned for train and bus transport. Minus points: No pool. This was needed in my opinion - too hot in summer not to have one. The hotel says it has a private beach in front on the advertisement when booking. They don’t tell you it is €30-40 euros per day for a sunbed, deck chair and unbrella. This added a lot to our already expensive holiday. The hotel should provide these free of charge. The cost to get from the airport to the hotel in a cab was circa €150 euros. Total rip off. We got a train to pisa central, then pisa central to viareggio for €13 euros each. Cabs and uber locally are astronomical. Be advised - not the hotels fault. It was our anniversary and the hotel did nothing. No wine, no fruit. You literally get two tea bags, two sachets of coffee and two bottles of water per day. Given the cost of the room per night it was disappointing. WE HAVE A VERY GOOD STAY HERE!

Lekker dichtbij het strand vriendelijk personeel mag wel meer gerestaureerde kamers met als hoofd reden de airco er zitten 2 supermarkten in de buurt het openbaar vervoer vanaf de luchthaven van Pisa naar het hotel is goed te doen en we blijven terugkomen we zijn er nu 3 zomers geweest en het blijft aantrekkelijk voor ons

Das Zimmer war ein Traum, die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung über das normale hinaus, die Lage war direkt gegenüber dem Srand und der Promenade. Alles in allem mega gut.Ich hatte ein Panoramazimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Der Balkon ist halt nicht üppig, aber es reicht für morgens und abends mal da sitzen.

This hotel was quite good. Rooms were very spacious and nice. Shower was difficult trying to keep water from going all over, but we managed The cost to get a spot on one of the 2 private beach clubs that hotel deals with was a little pricey. Overall good stay
