Nice room

Very clean premises and friendly staff

Staff are always nice. The young gentleman at the breakfast dining room was particularly nice. Rooms clean. Also quiet. The beds are a little hard and the bathroom fixtures outdated so I didn’t give top marks, but if I had to give up anything to get this budget price, it would probably be those things. No complaints. I keep coming back.

Clean room, a bit dated but for what we needed, a place to sleep after arriving late by plane this place was good. Only down side was a bit of street noise, ask for a room away from the street.

Amazing

Courteous staff. Room clean and quiet. Bathroom needs update. TV didn't work, but staff got it to work. This is second time at this property that TV didn't work

The place we stayed was very clean but the bed mattress was out of day and wasn't comfortable. The coffee was very good with real coffee cream.

Room Warm Clean

We stay at the Dilworth everytime we need to overnight in Kelowna. Very convenient for shopping. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing, the staff were great. The rooms are nice with balconies, super quiet rooms even on the road side. Clean ,big tvs. The Dillworth website says hot tub and sauna. The pool is closed. Expedia website says theres a pool. They have real keys to rooms. Will definitely stay there from now on

Friendly greet upon arrival. Great coffee, which yes, is important. Good complimentary breakfast.

Very warm and attentive staff. Pool hot tub area was well done and relaxing (wood features). Rooms were huge and a big TV.
