スタッフの対応も雰囲気も素晴らしい。ロケーションも最高です。

ダウンタウンからすぐ近くのグレートジョージ通りに面して素敵な教会の前最高の場所でした。建物は古いのだけどとても大事に使われて重厚なロビー，食事場所でした。部屋はツインを1人で使いました。ここもクラシカルで素晴らしかったです。2部屋、バスも広く溺れそうでした。部屋から前の教会が見えて素晴らしかったです。スタッフも私の拙い英語を一生懸命聞いて対処してくださいました。友人にも薦めます。

とても素敵なホテルでした

Two Bed Roomを予約したため、お部屋については広くて、とても素晴らしく、設備も何ら問題がなかったのでおすすめですが、アサインされたお部屋の１つのBedroomは外の室外機？の騒音がうるさく、耳栓が必要でした。また、別邸として建てられているので上の部屋はホテルではなく、居住しているようで、朝からエクセサイズをしているのか、ドシンドシンと音が聞こえていました。スタッフは全員がとてもフレンドリーで、かつ、適切で有意義な情報をくれるので大変助かりました。リコメンドいただいたレストランはどれも素晴らしく、早朝の出発でタクシー予約をしましたがこの辺りの対応も素晴らしく、個人対応ではなく、組織として対応できていたところが素晴らしかったです。

Extremely nice hotel in the hart of Charlottetown, with lovely rooms and a staff that matches the charm on the building. I would stay here again without question. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is excellent. The gym is small and limited.

Parking super easy. Staff very pleasant. But overall property is very dated and definitely not a 5 star. Beds very comfy and most importantly clean and fresh but little things like nicer soaps, shampoos etc and slippers for your room would make up for the dated property (which in fairness is a period property). Little touches like this would elevate the overall experience.

This was an excellent stay. The staff was super accommodating. The happy hour was great fun. Doug, the manager, was affable and shared lots of interesting information about the hotel and the area. The location was great for walking around the city.

Such a wonderful hotel! From check in to check out all the staff were so friendly and helpful! Soft baked cookies, happy hour drinks, great breakfast and excellent service. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Perfect walking distance to the water, many shops and restaurants

Lovely boutique hotel. Breakfast was far superior to the big chain hotels. Some nice touches with delicious cookies in the lobby and happy hour wine. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Look forward to visiting again!

Great hotel, good breakfast, clean room. The heated bathroom floors were a pleasant surprise.

We always enjoy our stay at the Great George. It will always be our first choice.
