おすすめしたいホテルです。アクセスしやすくって、部屋がとてもきれいですし。スッタフもやさしです。グアテマラ空港からほぼ45ふんです。（渋滞がなければ）！

We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra. It is completely normal except this country, Guatemala. I always have the same problems with the other hotels in Guatemala except the Porta Hotel. It means they always try to give the guests priority. Yo estoy seguro de que Porta Hotel es un hotel de categoría!!

Excellent customer service- always feel like a VIP when staying at Porta Hotel Antigua. Complete relaxation for myself and my husband.It was a night away to disconnect from the city.

My experience was very good. The hotel is charming, clean, and well organized. The staff are polite and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed. It was the perfect choice right after my hike to Acatenango Volcano. That said, I would like to share a small observation regarding guest experience. I arrived at the hotel on the same day I descended from the volcano and I looked a bit rough after the hike. I wasn' treated poorly, but I did notice a few judging looks from some staff members. I couldn’t help but notice the difference, especially since the interaction felt more relaxed once I had cleaned up and looked more “put together”. It’s just something to keep in mind: many guests arrive after outdoor activities or long travel days, and their appearance at that moment may not reflect who they are or the type of experience they're seeking at the hotel. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. My massage at the spa with Olga was incredible, and the spa staff was attentive and caring. The service at the restaurant was also wonderful; Mariana and Samuel deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. The staff who assisted with luggage were very helpful and polite as well. The laundry service was excellent. Breakfas was good, with both local options and more standard Western-style hotel choices. Overall, it is an excellent hotel with service to match. I highly recommend it.

Our family stay was wonderful at the hotel. Service at hotel was amazing very attentive and helpful. The room was on the smaller size but was very clean and accommodated us with 2 beds for 4 people as other hotels wanted us to get 2 separate rooms. The restaurant for breakfast at hotel was delicious (not the buffet one). Wish the pool was heated for the little ones but my son still got in, we also went in February so it’s a little chillier at nights.my son loved the playground and bubbles they were offering for kids activities. Place was also a 8 minute walk to main park. Would def stay here again.

Nice hotel with a very nice courtyard pool if you want a swim and pool chill out. Rooms were nice and I appreciated having a replenished water dispenser in the room. Nice touch.

Everything was great!

We had an amazing stay at Porta Hotel Antigua. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring Antigua. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Personal muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Habitaciones muy limpias, lo que más nos gustó fué el filtro de agua en la habitación, un detalle muy útil. La comida muy buena, recomendable!!

The Porta is fine. It's a big hotel with a lot of staff. That said, it seems like a lot of people are standing around not doing all that much. For example, when you approach the front desk there are 4 people looking at computers and no one assists the guest(s). Lots of noisy events going on at the Porta, with really no regard for unrelated guests (big kids parties with amplifiers, corporate events, weddings, etc...). No one cares that these things are really noisy, and no one warns guests that their quiet afternoon is going to be slammed with a kids moved and airplane noise decibels. The only request I made (to the front desk) during a 10 day stay was for a cab to take me to the airport, and the cab was 15 minutes late, the front desk (who I ordered the cab from) told me to go see the travel agent, etc..etc... Lots of dodging and weaving with no real help at all. It's just not that great a stay anymore. They just don't seem to care that much about individual guests, and they are focused on putting on their events.

The staff were very nice & attentive. Someone came to ask if everything was ok with the room each day. It is very safe & secure as well with security/guards at both entries. The property itself is very gorgeous & well maintained.
