おすすめしたいホテルです。アクセスしやすくって、部屋がとてもきれいですし。スッタフもやさしです。グアテマラ空港からほぼ45ふんです。（渋滞がなければ）！

We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra. It is completely normal except this country, Guatemala. I always have the same problems with the other hotels in Guatemala except the Porta Hotel. It means they always try to give the guests priority. Yo estoy seguro de que Porta Hotel es un hotel de categoría!!

La propiedad es muy bonita Los jardines muy lindos . La recepción no le hace mucho juego con lo que es el hotel ( no es linda ) . El servicio de recepción no es amable y el problema son los diferentes tipos de habitación , reservas un tipo y te hospedan en otro , para el precio que me cobraron no lo vi muy amplio. Reservamos 4 habitaciones y solo una que me dieron un ascenso estaba bonita, las otras 3 no estaban a la altura de lo que pagué ( En el mes de mayo 4 600 pesos ) eso me cobraban en El hotel museo Santo Domingo que es espectacular. Les falta más empatía a la recepción , aunque el último día día nos atendió una gerente amable .

La senal de internet en la habitacion puede mejorar.

Beautiful location, close to everything. Breakfast is not in included so be mindful of that and the shuttle for transportation is an additional fee. They don’t tell you that when you book so check before. Overall everyone was nice

The property was clean in proximity to major sites walking distance to several restaurants and markets. The breakfast was great fresh and all staff throughout the property were polite, helpful, and friendly.

Room was very clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Spa service was amazing.

I love this hotel. Everyone was nice, the ambience is beautiful, the pool is nice and the food at the restaurant was both reasonable and good. And it’s also a great location.
