I did not get lost because the hotel was near the station.

They seemed to have a booking problem and we were directed to another hotel in the outskirts of Trapani. They only offered us one round trip transportation between Crystal Hotel, So we had to ask for an additional transportation to the town, which was 50 Euros round trip. The staff were very kind, but I thought they could've been more apologetic and I think there were still room for effort to ease our inconvenience.

湯沸しポットがあったのですが、中がとても汚く、お湯を沸かすと汚れが剥がれ落ちて、とてもじゃないが飲めたものではなかったです。 でもクレームを入れたら新しいポットに取り換えてくれ、その後もいろいろ気にかけてくれたので、満足しました。

Great rooms, beds and shower. Close to everything.

Staff very helpful. Reported a broken socket, maintenance to be sent but didn't arrive all week. Pillows were not the most comfortable. Everything else, and breakfast, perfect.

Perfekt läge för strand, gamla stan och transport.

Ottima posizione centrale e comoda in centro e davanti alla stazione dei treni. Camera e bagno spaziosi, tv grande e materasso comodo con topper. Soffione della doccia incrostato e quindi l’acqua scende piano e male , arredo e tipologia di stanza vetusta! Riscaldamento ha funzionato un giorno dopodiché è stato spento e mai più riacceso nonostante la richiesta (alla sera e al mattino la stanza era fredda) Infissi del 15 18 da cui passava tutto,ma proprio tutto,vento,pioggia e soprattutto rumori da corridoi e stanze vicine! Ascensori lenti , onestamente un hotel due stelle che come ne possa avere il doppio non si capisce visto anche la posizione,costa un terzo degli altri in zona e il perché lo abbiamo scoperto

OTTIMO HOTEL - PERSONALE GENTILE E QUALIFICATO

The only downfall with this hotel is the carpet is dirty , change the Capet and this hotel will be improved by one star, beside that it’s a nice hotel

The hotel room was very responsive, when someone walked by outside it sounded like they were inside the room. The air conditioning unit also failed to cool the room even close to the set temperature. Around the hotel there are several abandoned buildings which do not give a particularly inviting welcome. I don't understand how this can count as a 4 star hotel. Feels like there is very little difference between 3&4 stars and an absolutely huge difference between 4&5 stars. Can't call this an "affordable" hotel option, unfortunately. The staff, on the other hand, are very nice and welcoming.
