ホテルはビーチまで100メートルぐらい。ビーチには「モスキートビーチクラブ」という快適なビーチクラブがあって、何でもレンタル出来る。「5AV」というのがプラヤ・デル・カルメンで最大の繁華街だが、歩いて50メートル、ロケーションは最高。4階には快適なプールもある。スタッフはメチャ親切、朝食もささやかながら食べられる。部屋は清潔で広い。値段も安いとくれば、いいことづくめだが、最大の難点がWiFi。　もう、精神衛生上、よくないというレベル。ただ、ロビーとレストランではサクサク動く。私達の部屋は立地は最高だったが、WiFiが最悪だった。あと、ホテルとは何の関係もないけれど、ホテルをまっすぐ海と反対のほうに歩いて、5AVとの角、左側のメキシカンレストランには絶対行かないこと。高くてマズい。

メインストリートにほど近く利便性は最高でした。またコンシェルジュの方の笑顔も素敵でしたが、ガーデン側の部屋を希望していたにも関わらず、小さい窓一つしかない部屋で、エアコンも送風しか出来ませんでした。またwifiの電波も弱く部屋で使えず、すぐに改善をお願いをしましたが、部屋を変えてももらえず、結局ドアを開けはなしで過ごしました。街の雰囲気が良かっただけに、快適とは言えない滞在となってしまい残念です。

ビーチのすぐ近くで立地はとても良いです。建物自体はそんなに新しくありませんが、部屋は清潔です。ただ、ゴキブリがでました。フロントに言うとすぐ対応してくれて、その後お詫びに？ワインをいただきました。アンラッキーだったのかもしれません。手頃な値段でリゾートを楽しみたい方にはいいと思います。

The resort is top notch for cleanliness and maintenance. Our room was spotless every day. Staff are amazing

Staff was great. Location was great. Room is outdated compared to the photos. Rooftop pool was not in great shape.

Very far from the pictures a description. Old not maintained room, uncomfortable bed, horrible lights, bad deco, poor water pressure, rusty faucet. The breakfast is a joke too. Spare your time and money and go somewhere else.

NO NO NO. This place has no ability to lock its front door. Young women working alone had no one to call when even she could not access our room w the weird key. 215-3-am. Then put us in another room that didn’t lock. She had no back up. We could have easily been trapped inside. Said there was no one to call and no options. Luckily I had a man with me who barricaded the door with our bags. So unsafe. The second room they put us in after having to have no place to go for 3 hours while they got us a room flooded when I took a short shower.

The original booked room did not have a window. I had to upgrade and pay out-of-pocket. No hot water in the shower or pressure, AC didn’t work, TV connection didn’t work. The room was not clean. There was no safe in the room. Beach towels were not given easily for some reason.

The hotel is nothing like advertised. The room was dirty, leaking shower. The pillows are enormous and uncomfortable. The hotel is just rundown. Location no is great

Reservamos 2 habitaciones y solo nos entregaron una! Nos tardaron mucho tiempo en resolver y nos querían enviar a otro hotel y terminaron entregándonos una de mejor “Nivel” y no querían cobrar más después esa habitación olía horrible terminaron dándonos otra. Fue desgastante

Room, Staff and overall amenities were good. The one main problem is the loud music around the hotel. It is 1/2 block away from one of the most popular bars.
