Greeted by friendly staff. Given clear information about stay. Room clean and warm. Very suitable for our overnight stay.

Nice hotel bedroom in need of update shower was leaking side of glass but enjoyed my stay

I booked for just one night whilst working in the area, if suited me well, good parking, very sensible bar and food prices. In fact I liked it so much I have booked in again next week !!!.

Excellent place to stay, very close to the BP Arena and NEC, with easy access to Birmingham international train station, very reasonable prices and excellent food.

The room was not comfortable enough. The bed other things in the room was too old .i thought what i paid for was SPA inclusive but nobody was there to really explain to us.There was nothing to really enjoy during my stay. The breakfast was nice but i thought it was inclusive as well. I was made to pay for it and i wasn't really happy about it.

Beautiful hotel staff very helpful

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very small and outdated, with small damages in the furniture. There was only one towel in the room despite the booking being for two people and the kettle was broken. Also, the bathroom door has glass panelling leaving no privacy between guests when in the bathroom.

Lovely place to stay, clean, free parking and a 5/10 minute walk from the BP Pulse live where I was going. Thank you!

Arrived late l just needed to crash and sleep didn’t use the facilities but everything was clean and the check in was swift thank you reception :):)

Amazing staff, great service

Friendly staff and convenient location for the NEC. A little dated decore but it was pleasant enough. Clean. Again spa a little dated but all in working clean order. Great for the price.

Not the most glamorous views from this hotel, positioned between a petrol station and a business park, but great once you arrive. Free parking (barrier controlled). When you enter the reception atrium, it feels like an upmarket hotel, an impression helped by the efficient and friendly reception staff. Room was entirely satisfactory and in good condition. Easy to walk to Birmingham International station (15 mins, ask for directions) and then another 5 mins to NEC down covered corridors. Full English Breakfast is comprehensive, if not cheap, and recommended. I doubt anyone would regret booking this hotel.

Perfect thanks, room was ok, staff good Parking round back ok too. Bar stunk of stale beer, not a bit reeked. But the rest is great

Had a very nice stay at the Arden Hotel. All members of staff were very friendly. Have stayed 2 years running when in the area and will happily stay again.

general ambiance was really good

Easy to find with Sat Nav. Plenty of on site secure parking. Less than 5 minute walk to other eating or drinking establishments although we ate at the hotel and the food and drink prices were very reasonable. Staff very helpful. Room very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended
