I stayed for about 10 days and had a very comfortable experience. The staff was also very kind to Japanese guests.

Great staff, great breakfast and very comfortable.

Every hotel should have a Michael working the front desk.

Excellent guest service

Check in process was hprrinle. 20 minute wait necause Essence the counter rep needed to take her sweet time taking reservations on the phone while there were 6 people online waiting to check in. Then there was no water during the day for 3 days. And at 9:30am they are knocking on my door to checkout when its not even 11am yet.

I wouldn’t recommend, Torn curtains, dirty floors under the bed there was toothpicks and plastic wrappers, stove burners not working only one works, pan was missing the top holder, bathroom trash basket is missing half of bottom part looks like the dog ate it, the utensils were dirty, rusted and knife not sharp at all. I took photos to manager and she said would make it better and would call Expedia so they could give me some compensation, I waited a few days and representative at Expedia said she never called, I paid a very high price to stay there and all I kept having as days went by was disappointments. When I checked in they clearly said you only get Breakfast and when they verbalized I was told wrong times, on Wednesday I came down to go pick up dinner at local restaurant and it was 6:57pm and I noticed the food smell immediately then I saw a buffet that was starting to be cleaned up by staff and the lobby was full of guests eating but there was never notification that they were serving dinner so there I was like a fool paying for an expensive dinner when they could have easily informed me during my check in about Wednesdays dinner being available, I went outside and called front desk and asked about dinner being served and they simply said yes we serve dinner on Wednesdays, i immediately said that it would have been nice to know and that why no one informed me and front desk person just didn’t seem to care about me complaining. It was a horrible experience.

The young man at the check-in desk was very courteous and helpful.

Our second stay at Homewood Suites was just as perfect as our first. No negatives. Travelers dream. Thank you.

From the staff to the room, we had an excellent experience. Rooms are modern, clean, smell good. Breakfast was great as far as taste, look, clean, and variety. Front desk was friendly and answer every question we had. We have another trip coming up and will stay at the same place again.

They are always the nicest group here at Homewood Suites St Johns Town Center. We always enjoy our stay. Been coming yo yhis hotel for 17 years.

I always love staying at this hotel. I did have a noise issue coming from a pool party happening at the property hotel and I asked to be moved to a room where I could sleep better and I was transferred to another room right away.

The noise above me was crazy. There was a lot of traffic and adults coming in and out all hours of the night. We could not sleep and we had to bang on the ceiling for them to settle down. If you have a suite here there is more than one room over you. So you will hear the noise. The hotel compensated be with points but if you go through expedia and you are not a Hilton rewards member. No compensation!!!!

This hotel is located within walking distance of the St John Town Centre and the rooms are very spacious.

The pool is warm and goes to 5 feet. They always have waffles with all the kid toppings (chocolate chip, whip cream, Carmel sauce, etc…). Different types of yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels and muffins. They change up stuff like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, hash browns, sausage patties and sausage links… The rooms were cozy with a comfortable bed. The employees were always nice and helpful… We will stay there again next time we stay in Jacksonville!

Great location. Plenty options for dining and shopping. Staff provided exceptional service. There was insufficient notice for the tub and water disruption. The contractors left the hotel room open. It would be helpful to let guests know about the repairs in advance when guests are making reservations, not the night before repairs are scheduled so we can decide on another hotel.

I love that it is close to everything, shopping, eating, misc.
