良かった点： 朝食のビュッフェ。フロントの接客。 改善を求めたい点： WIFIがつながりにくい（動画などは諦めたほうが良い）。シャワーのお湯が出ないことが多い。トイレの備品など修理が行き届いていない。室内の電源が少ない。

21時頃チェックインしたが、部屋に案内されるまで30分待たされた。Wi-Fiが使えるのは良かったが、昼はつながりが悪かった。朝食は種類が豊富でよかった。スタッフは大体気さくだったが、サービスの訓練が不十分な印象をうけた。売店で電池を買ったら、放電して使えない電池を6倍ぐらいでうりつけられた。

典型的な古い５つ星ホテルです。ロケーションは良いので、いろいろな場所に行くのは徒歩または地下鉄利用で便利。 価格相応です。 施設は古いので星通りの期待はしないほうが無難。近くにスーパーもあります。 各国の大使館が回りに多いので、ちょっと今の政情では不安かも。

チェックイン手続きに時間がかかり過ぎ。４０分も待たせるとはどういうことか。 部屋に入り、無料のＷｉＦｉを使おうとしたら、全然つながらない。時間帯によっては全くつながらず、イライラするだけ。こんな状態でＷｉＦｉ無料っていう宣伝文句を使わないでほしい。 その後、部屋でポットでお湯を沸かしていたら突然部屋の一部の電気が「ボンッ！」という音とともに切れてしまった（ポットは壊れた。）。レセプションへ行って電気が点かなくなった旨伝えたところ「誰か行かせるので部屋で待ってろ」と言われたので部屋で待機。３０分経っても誰も来ないので再度レセプションへ行ったら、あれ？といった顔をしてどこかへ電話し、再度「誰か行かせるので部屋で待ってろ」。更に３０分待っても誰も来ないので再々度レセプションに行ったら「今向かってる最中だ」とソバ屋の出前状態。さすがに今回はほんとにしばらくしたら来たけど、最初にレセプションに行ってからの所要時間は１時間。 しかも、この間、誰からも謝罪の言葉は無し。 翌日、ポットを直してもらおうと思い、出かける前に部屋にメモを残しておいたが無視。仕方がないので夜になってフロアマネージャーに状況を伝えたところ、昨日に引き続き「誰か行かせるので部屋で待ってろ」。案の定３０分経っても来ないので再度フロアマネージャーのところへ行ったら誰もおらず、１０分ほど待たされた挙句、どこかに電話をして「翌朝９時以降じゃないと対応できない」との回答。 翌日、誰も直しに来なかったことは言うまでもありません。 １泊数百円の安宿ならともかく、一万円もするホテルでこんな対応をされたことは初めてです。

L'aspetto peggiore sono state le feste che tutte le sere si tenevano nell'albergo, anche fino alle 4 di notte, e che si sentivano distintamente in camera. La camera in cui ho alloggiato è stata rinnovata recentemente ma nessuno si è preoccupato di pulire ad esempio gli schizzi di pittura. Posso assicurare che chi puliva aveva i capelli neri e corti :), anche se non l'ho visto/a. Struttura con alcune parti rinnovate ed altre datate. Personale gentile

Oda yenilenmisti ancak temiz degildi tekrar temizlik istedik.Lavabonun gideri tikaliydi ici su doldu. Sonrasinda sabah 4 e kadar alt katimizdaki balo salonundan muzik yayini vardi. Uyarmamiza rağmen yonetim hicbir sekilde mudahele etmedi. Uyuyamadigimiz, rahat edemedigimiz bir otele Misirin en yuksek fiyatini odedik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Our room was good. It’s not as big as our room in Pyramisa in Luxor. But we are right by a quiet side of the hotel so we did sleep well not to hear much about the traffic. The breakfast was okey. The check out was so quick better than when we check in. It’s about 35 minutes from Cairo airport. We paid 700 each way Egyptian pounds. They have a swimming pool but we didn’t get the chance to use it.

Zentral gelegen

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Dokki, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Y a des restauration et supermarché accessible facilement à pieds. En revanche, l’accueil à la réception manque de chaleur et pourrait être amélioré. Le point le plus désagréable reste le contrôle systématique des achats à chaque retour à l’hôtel : une procédure inutile, chronophage et surtout irrespectueuse pour les clients. Côté restauration, le petit déjeuner est sympathique et le manager du service fait la différence par son professionnalisme. En revanche, l’organisation du service café/thé laisse à désirer : il m’a fallu attendre la fin de mon repas pour enfin être servi, ce qui gâche un peu l’expérience. La chambre, quant à elle, est confortable et agréable, rien à redire de ce côté-là.

Hotel muito bom, com ótimo café da manhã, instalações boas, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Internet boa. Precisa de alguma revitalização por desgaste de revestimentos. Tem boa estrutura de restaurantes e um ótimo bar. À noite teve um ótimo show com uma cantora, gratuito.

Hotel que para 5 estrellas es sucio

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I’ve never seen anything like this before as it was very unorganized. I also had my expensive shoes lost and when I called to ask about it they said they couldn’t find it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it gets renovated.
