眺めも良く清潔でトラディショナルでした。 浴室のシャワーは水の量を気をつけなければ、全体が水浸しになりそうなので、注意が必要。それ以外は快適でした。イタリアでは共通して歯ブラシを置いていないようですね。ここは仕方ないことでしょうか。ドイツやアメリカの落ち着いた年代の方々が主な客層で快適でした。

ロケーション、スタッフの対応、食事など、素晴らしく、2週間のスイス旅行のスタート地として選んだストレーザ滞在(3泊）を素晴らしいものとなりました。特に、マジョレー湖を望む花いっぱいの庭園にオープンなテーブルでの朝食は、5歳の孫をよろこばせました。ミラノ・マルペンサ空港からの車の手配を始め、部屋（二部屋）に関するリクエストなどの事前のメールに対する対応も迅速かつ適切で、感謝しています。

駅から歩いていけるホテルです。ホテルに着いたら、オーバーブッキングでしたが、近くの５スターLのグランドホテル（Des lies Borromees)を取ってもらいました（アップグレード）。 パルマのホテルフロントは綺麗でスペースも十分。 隣のアストリア、レジナパレスも大変綺麗なホテルですが、グランドはスーパーでした。 パルマの近くにあるBorroni travel でマルペンサ空港までのバスを依頼しようとしましたら、ハイヤーを進められ、ぼられそうになりました。ＣＨＡＮＧＥマークのあるボローニトラベルには絶対に近づくべからず（最悪）。 また船着場近くの水上タクシーの呼びこみも高価なので注意。

２泊しました。初めに案内された部屋は１階でした。レイクサイドヴューで予約してあっ たので言うと「今日はこの部屋で明日は替えるから」とかいろいろ言っていましたが NOと言うとマネージャーと相談し、４階の湖の見える部屋にしてくれました。 エアコンはないですが朝晩はすずしかったので、大丈夫でした。 きちんと、主張したほうが良いです。

Very nice hotel with an amazing pool. Location was perfect!

The location was perfect. Right on the lake and close to shops and restaurants as well as access to the boats for visit to the Borromean islands. The pool was right on the lake. I didn’t see any other hotel that had that nice feature. There is also an adult only rooftop pool that is warm.Breakfast was delicious. However, the beds and pillows were quite hard.

Vom Check in bis zum Checkout wurden wir bestens betreut. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Schön gestaltete Anlage mit Pool und Barbetrieb direkt am See. Leider haben wir den Seezugang vermisst oder evtl. nicht gefunden. Zusätzlich hatte es auf dem Dach des Hotels (Sky Bar) einen Pool. Die Zimmer waren sauber freundlich eingerichtet und ruhig jedoch vermissten wir einen Bademantel im Zimmer der uns aber sofort nachgereicht wurde. Frühstück konnte wahlweise im einladenden Garten oder im Innenbereich eingenommen werden. Sehr grosse Auswahl mit sehr aufmerksamen Kellnern. Ein "no go": während der Frühstückzeit (07:30 - 08:30) wurden in den Zimmer die Bettlacken abgezogen am Abreisetag. Abgabezeit der Zimmer spätestens 12:00. Es kam mir vor als ob sie uns loshaben wollten.

The place is awesome. Plenty of things to do, beautiful gym and a rooftop pool. Outdoor pool by the lake is gorgeous. Staff is very professional and very friendly. Had a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it.

We had a partial view of the lake-room, which was lovely. Absolutely spotless and housekeeping did a fab job. The sky bar and the beach club are highlights, and the cocktails are great. Just be mindful that there is a HUGE construction site to the right of the hotel as you look at it. The builders start at 7.30. There was no pre warning of this, and it does affect the view. They don’t didn’t any special efforts , given that we were on honeymoon and made it clear on booking that we were, which was disappointing. Overall a great stay with helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel in the best location with a spectacular lake front pool and an amazing roof deck.

We had two consecutive reservations for the same room category for a total of 4 nights and the hotel manager refused to allow us to stay in the same room , so we ended up switching rooms . Not a great experience with the hotel management but the rest of the staff seem helpful.

Super hôtel, avec de belles prestations. On a passé un bon moment dans cet hôtel, surtout grâce à la localisation au top pour Stresa. Je recommande

La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel bien placé. Propre, confortable. Petit plus le beach club et le Sky bar avec une vue imprenable sur le lac majeur.

Stresa is an enchanting enclave on Lago Maggiore. the hotel is modern, very nicely appointed. We had a balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool, bar, and incredible views of the lake and mountains round out what is a fabulous hotel. Oh, did I mention the spa. Everything you need to relax. It's hard to go wrong with any location in Stresa, it's such a small town. Nicely situated on the lake and easy access to the Boromean islands and Verbania, on the opposite side of the lake.
