Property care and beauty are nice. But please clean up cigarette butts on the grounds

Great breakfast. Fast check in. Polite staff.

One of the elevator buttons was dirty & had what looked like food residue on it. I noticed it every time I used the elevator. Room 206 smelled like smoke when I first arrived and I had to spray perfume to get rid of the smell. The walls are thin enough to hear the person next to your room cough. Other than that, my stay overall was fine.

The hotel was under construction and was not told this prior to getting there. There was trash everywhere

This hotel was incredible. It was clean. The room was enormous and I loved the tea they offered for help sleeping.

Room never cleaned even though we stayed 3 nights. First room wet floor with fans running and 82 degrees and humod

They where undeconstruction, however they made no effort to clean up after workers. Also breakfast was poor hardly any food available

The toilet overflowed, I had to use the clean towels to put down, the room was not checked at all the 3 days we were there, the AC worked intermittently

Comfortable, accommodating, friendly..

Older hotel that is starting renovations. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check in. It looked like the pool was closed. You can hear some noise from I75 from our room that was on the parking lot side of the building, but not enough to disturb our sleep. This is our 3nd time staying here. I would stay here again.

I wanted to check in at 1:30 pm, but rooms were not available. I understand check in was 3pm. This was Thursday. I returned at 4pm and the front desk couldn't find me or something. It turns out I was already checked-in, go figure. Nevertheless, I was given a room which was dirty, and the cleaning staff was still in the room. I had to come back downstairs and get another room. Friday, when I came back to my room in the evening, the room was NOT clean. Saturday, once again, when I came back to my room late afternoon, the room was NOT clean. I brought it up to the front desk attention, they acted surprised. When the staff contacted the cleaning service, the answer was "oops we missed your room" Very unprofessional. I am disappointed and will never stay there again.

The hotel is being renovated and that was fine. The information sheet left in our room said breakfast went until 9:30 am during the week and 10 am on weekends. We booked this hotel because it included breakfast and two days told it ended at 9.
