フロントのスタッフはとても親切でした。

I did not expected much from the hotel due to the price of per day, but the the room was confortable enough and the fee include breakfast. Moreover, the reseptionists were very kind.

初めて行くとやや道に戸惑いますが、比較的わかりやすい道ですし、１回行けば何とかなります。目の前の広場は地元の人たちの集い場になっているようで、夜の間も騒がしいですが、私たちは寝付きが良かったため、気になりませんでした。近くの八百屋さんに併設？のオステリアのシーフードサラダがとてもおいしかったです。地元の人ばかりですが、行く価値あり！

パレルモ空港へのバス乗り場へ徒歩５分ということがこのエリアのホテルにした理由です。 部屋は最上階（８階）に泊まりましたが周りに高い建物がないので、上のほうなら眺めはいいと思います。インテリアは可愛く、家具も素敵で調和しています。ただ空調の音が少し気になります。私たちが宿泊した時のレセプションの担当の女性は非常に愛想が良く、地図をもらうと主な観光名所への行き方、バスの番号を説明してくれたり、近くに手ごろなレストランが見つからなかったのでお勧めを聞くと、徒歩10分圏で2件教えてくれました。行ってみて美味しかったので礼を言うと、とても嬉しそうな笑顔でおやすみなさいの挨拶で送ってくれたのでした。 最低限の人数のスタッフでまかなっている印象で、朝食も1人しかスタッフはおらず、卵料理が選べたりということはなく種類は少な目かもしれません。忙しそうな1人にカプチーノをお願いするのも気が引けたのでコーヒーのセルフサービスですませました。

Hotels.com's description of the hotel does not correspond at all to the actual conditions.How the hotel can be described as 4 stars is a mystery. If I had known the quality in advance, I would definitely have chosen another hotel. In general, the room was very, very tired. Broken teething mugs (of which there was only 1), blankets with holes in them, hard cushions (of which there were only 3) and worn furniture. Furthermore Hotel guests do NOT have access to any roof terrace. There is NO bar or snack bar. That there is a fridge in the reception where you can buy water and sometimes a glass of wine is not a bar/snack bar. The pictures from the breakfast buffet show that there are many different kinds of fresh fruit. That is not the case. There were four half-rotten apples. The only positive was the helpful and friendly staff everywhere, from the receptionists, the cleaning staff and the lady at the breakfast buffet.

It is a very old property like Italy. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly. They can do a better job updating their linens. The bedding and pillows were needing replacement. I did not like the immediate neighborhood.

The service was excellent. Very easy to check in and the room and building was clean. The matress could have been softer, but overall met out needs for a 2 night stay.

The lady that work the breakfast area was wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Great place. We would definitely recommend it to others. Good locatio

Die Gegend war nicht attraktiv. Dafür aber zentral.

Ok hotel e personale. Zona non proprio il massimo. Sabato sera molto rumorosa finì alle 4 di notte per locali con musica molto alta.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Hotelausstattung völlig okay. Die Umgebung ist grenzwertig, selbst vor dem Hotel Müll, Hundekot, etc.

Hotel aceptable , pero no le coresponden objetivamente las cuatro estrellas que se le atribuyen . El barrio en fin de semana es especialmente ruidoso. Tampoco las habitacio nes estan suficientemente insonorizadas

Hotellet var rent och trevligt med en mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var något begränsad. Saknade bla grönsaker. Duscharna var ämnade för små italienare och inte fullvuxna män eller kvinnor. Överlag en bra vistelse!

Mitt rum låg mot gatan och det var väldigt högljutt. Hotellet hade lagt fram öronproppar som man kunde använda. Hotellet ligget bra till för att ta promenader till de centrala delarna av Palermo.

Absolut inte fyrstjärnig standard. Fruktansvärt oljud från torget nedanför. Öronbedövande musik hela natten och fyrverkerier. Hördes upp till 8:e våningen där vi bodde.

The hotel is near a place where late night outdoor parties are held late in the night. It booming music that is non-stop interspersed with cars with boomboxes trying to compete who is loudest. I sleep thru most noises but this was insane. Windows and shutters shut tight, the complimentary earplugs and the hum of the air conditioner are no use.

War soweit alles in Ordnung. Etwas laute Umgebung. Aber für eine Nacht in Palermo absolut in Ordnung.
