まずレストランがなかなかよかった。 到着が11時にもかかわらず普通に食にありつけました。 プールは入りませんでしたが優雅な気分になれます。値段もそこそこでクルマ行きましたが地下駐車場で安心でした。

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the bus stop. But staff were very kind and attentive. We had great time in this hotel. I would really recommend this hotel!!

空港から地下鉄１本で行けるし、観光ポイントへも地下鉄別路線で簡単にアクセス出来て便利です。 ５つ星で部屋の快適度は良いけれど、スタッフの対応はイマイチ。５つ星に安く泊まりたいならお勧めです。

ホテル前からの景色がよい。 フロントは英語がわからないが、親切でありコミュニケーションはーとれた。 バスルームの扉のノブが壊れていたが、全体としては満足。ホテル下のレストランのタパス無料券をくれたのもよかった。

個人的には清潔さ・サービス等大満足のホテルです。 眺めも良いです。 ただしバスルームへの扉のたてつけが少々悪かったり、坂の上にあるというアクセス利便性の点においては気になる人は気になるかもしれません。

Very big and spacious rooms. Great variety of food at breakfast.

Très bon hôtel, très propre, bien placé, belle vue . Par contre je regrette d’avoir pris la demi pension car le repas du soir n’est pas terrible et le menu à la carte est nettement supérieur et pas plus cher.le petit déjeuner est très bien !

Bra parkering i garage. Bra frukost. Historisk, vacker trädgård. Passar inte rörelse hindrade personer. Våra rum låg mycket långt ifrån varandra.

Beautiful area, great hotel

Hade fått veta att parkering ingick, men det kostade extra. Personalen i receptionen var inte alls serviceinriktad eller hjälpsam. Rummet var i ok skick, men långt ifrån förväntat utifrån bilderna. Smutsig soffa, slarvigt byggda snickerier, fönstren gick inte att låsa, minibaren gick knappt att öppna, toaletten var sliten och inte särskilt välstädat. En besvikelse.

Beautifully restored and maintained building. A pleasure to stay here. Unfortunately we only had 1 night.

Too far and difficult to access

Great location in old town, secure parking for the motorcycle. Room very generous in size, exceptionally clean. Staff freindly and welcoming, great amenities.

Aceptable habitación y encantador el personal.

Aside from the fact the hotel has a strong moldy oder. I had to leave a day early. I notified the hotel a day prior and I inquired about not being charged the day I didn’t stay. The hotel stated I need to contact Expedia. Expedia was okay with not charging for the day. The hotel then flip-flopped on saying it was hotel policy and had to charge me but never produced the policy saying so. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Good location and the restaurant was a God-send. The lack of WiFi in our room was reported and we were told the company responsible said it should work, but it only worked near reception. That wasn't particularly good service from one individual but the majority of staff were very good.
