客室階は一番上の6階で、周囲も静かでリラックスできました。 ベッド、お風呂、テーブルなど、必要十分な設備が整っていました。調理器具も充実しており、電気コンロが２つ、深皿や平皿が３枚ずつ、電気ケトル、電子レンジ、フライパン、中型なべ、フォークやナイフ、冷蔵庫があり、自炊に重宝しました。徒歩５分ほどの所にLoblawsというスーパーマーケット（grocery shop）があり、買い物にも便利でした。 ホテルからUnion駅まで歩いたら40分ほどでした。バスや路面電車（Streetcars）を使えばもっと早く着きますが、市街地を眺めながら散歩するのも楽しいかもしれません（3月末で気温は5～10度くらいでした）。 ホテルの6階以外の部屋が、いわゆる生活困窮者の受け入れに使われているようで、ホテルの建物の外で彼らを見かけることがありましたが、宿泊客には何も影響はありませんでした。 受付時に、保証金として200ドルの預け入れ（現金かクレジットカード）が必要と言われて少し驚きましたが、チェックアウト後5日程度で返金されるという説明だったので安心しました。受付係の人はとても親切でした。 全体として、宿泊料金に見合った良心的なホテルだと思いました。

The facilities are old but everything works properly, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Union Station and Billy Bishop Airport are a 10-minute cab ride away, and there is a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is ideal for those who are waiting for a connecting flight.

広くて綺麗なスタジオタイプのツインでした。深夜到着でも快く対応してくださいました。ありがとうございます。

A reasonable small hotel. Although there are no restaurant in the hotel, there is a large food supermarket a few hundred meters away so that guests can prepare breakfast with the small kitchen set in the room. There are also restaurants a few hundreds meters away. Guest can request a free coffee maker and hair drier to the office. Because it is in a residential area and next to a park, it is quiet.

窓の鍵がそもそもロックできない状況（つっかえ棒が置いてあった）。部屋を替えてもらったがその部屋の窓もロックができない同じ状況。クレームの後ロックするための金属の金具をつけてくれた。

設備は古くて価格相応かと思いますが、市内に行くのには便利です。 CNタワー近辺までぶらぶらと散策をして、ロジャースタジアムやハーバーフロントへ行き、オンタリオ湖の観光船で遊覧し楽しめました

部屋にはキッチンとデスクがついているので、長期滞在に向いていると思います。隣にある公園から子ども達の声が聞こえる、のどかな雰囲気の住宅街にあります。チャイナタウンに隣接しており、CNタワーやロジャースセンターまで徒歩20分くらいなので、街歩きは良い立地です。

駐車場つきqeueen stに近く、チャイナタウンケンジントンマーケットに歩いていけるのでそれだけで満足でした。 ただ、その他はホテルではなく、古いアパートを改修しているだけですので、 ホテルの快適さを期待される方や、駐車場を必要としない方にはただの古いアパートです。ベッドメイキングも髪の毛が残っていたりするので、一応内装は綺麗ですが普通の日本人の清潔感では厳しいかもしれません。 フロントの対応はフレンドリーで問題ないです。パーキングも1日9ドルでありがたかったです。トロント市内全体が高い時期でしたのですが、総合的にもう少し安ければとおもいました。

ベッドキーピングはきちんとされているが、備品が粗末。タオルがボロボロで穴が空いていた。ミニキッチンが付いているので、長期滞在に向いていそうだが、1、2泊程度なら他にも良いところがありそう。宿泊サイトのセール価格なら、Dealする価値はあるかも。

地下鉄駅から路面電車で一本だが何気に路面電車駅からも遠い よっぽどホテルが無いとき以外は使う価値が無い気がする キッチンがあるので、家族などの長期間滞在にはいいかも。

Insane place

Cozy stay in a bachelor type of apartment. Everything we needed and a great location.

This hotel accepted my money in advance and non refundable. When i arrived to check in, the door was locked and there was no staff to assist. There were some sketchy characters milling about and we did not feel safe. As a result, we were forced to make other arrangements. I have tried to complain and ask for my money back, but they have yet to respond. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Great location with comfy beds. I believe the rooms they give out are all on the 6th floor which is good for the view. Staff were really nice and give us a lot of tips for traversing the city the first time!

This is an actual homeless shelter/women’s shelter. This meant there were often people at the front door in the middle of mental health or substance use crises’. There is no lobby just a small office, it is an apartment building turned into a shelter with a few hotel rooms on the 6th floor. Nowhere did the “hotel” indicate this and it is really not a safe or family friendly place to be coming in and out of. Room was very dirty. Upon arrival, we checked the bed sheets and there was straw/hay in one, and both had hairs and debris in the sheets. Called down to the office and they couldn’t find sheets since it was later at night, so we were forced to sleep on dirty beds the first night. The carpet in the room has likely never been cleaned and had a distinctly crunchy-greasy feeling. No outlets within distance of sinks had GFCI protection. Door lock is metal key (only one provides) with the room number labelled, so not the safest if lost. Bathroom floor grout was so dirty it was black, instead of its original white colour which was visible on the edges where nobody walks. Taps leaked and dripped. Shower head was old and crusty with bad pressure. While the staff were nice, I can’t justify the other issues. This isn’t really a hotel and shouldn’t be marketed as such.

Kitchen had the basics except dish soap!! lol Parking was OK. Keep your vehicle locked since a number of people hang around the area. MacDonalds and Tim Hortons are close by since there is no coffee maker in kitchen. Room was very clean and NOT worn out.

Half of the hotel is a homeless womans shelter. It was quiet and no issues. Just would have helped to know before hand, as i thought i was in the wrong place as i pulled up.

The area has some interesting "characters" around, but the room is great - very clean, as well as safe and secure. The location is great as well, just steps from Queen St W.
