ほとんどのスタッフはフレンドリーで素晴らしい。夜中のフロントの大柄の黒人女性はとても失礼。寒波のせいかお湯が温かくなりにくく、風呂の使い勝手が悪かった。 部屋は快適。すぐそばにコンビニやワッタバーガーなどがあります。 シャトルバスは空港以外でも近隣施設へ行ってくれます。近くにショッピングモールもあります。

ホテルのシャトルバスの運転手さんは良い印象でした。ホテルフロントの女性は無愛想でした。 部屋は広くベッドの硬さも良くて満足できました。

空港に近いが、シャトルバスの時間が飛行機便の時間が合わずタクシーで空港へ行った

Great hotel in good location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Worth the stay!

The room was a bit on the dark side, but other than that it was very comfortable.

Wonderful property, and we will definitely return. The only issue was the person above us was SO LOUD and heavy-footed, even sounding like he/she was jumping at one point after 10pm! We could also tell when the person was awake the next morning.

Was told I was going to be picked up at the airport due to a late night flight. The transport never came. I had to pay for an uber.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Although there is no room service, there is a restaurant that you can sit and order or you can order from your room and pick up at the bar area. Food was very good as were the cocktails. Nice setting with lots of greenery. Free, spacious parking and close to airport. I would definitely stay again.

I liked that all the staff weee friendly and helpful. Norman at the dining area was very friendly and hard working. We will definitely stay again.
