Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill. So back to the room to work, the wifi was so slow I couldn't get to my email with out "timing out". Okay, I can get something done in the business center their listing boast, but there isn't a business center there. There is also no gift shop either but they claim there is one one. If you like good breakfast in the morning, I suggest you leave the hotel to have one. I have traveling for years, this the first hotel I have ever felt the need to contact the Dept. of Health and Building Code Enforcement regarding a place I have stayed. Under new ownership this hotel might thrive but clearly no one here cares about themselves or their guest. Please look at photos I have posted.

クーパーズタウンは田舎なので周辺には何もない。車で少しのところにマクドナルドがある。ホテルの設備は申し分なし。障害者対応の広いバスルームは奇麗だった。部屋も快適。セルフ朝食もボリュームあり。受付の人も感じがよかった。おすすめです。

Enjoyed the stay. Felt safe and very close to Cooperstown ballfield.

Rooms were very unpleasant. Lots of plumbing issues which caused us to receive dirty towels and linen due to the bad water being produced to wash. Toilets were reproducing brown water and required us to flush multiple times before serving its purpose. Elevators were very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. During the 5 nights that I stayed there were the same coffee stains on the laundry room counter tops from my initial day. Was promised to receive support from the hotel staff for a refund once I contacted Expedia however they are now avoiding to address my concerns

Good location for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame

The room they initially gave us had a bad smell. Go a find out it was full of mold. Whole stay pool was out of service only reason why we went to that hotel was because of the pool to no compensation.

Extremely disappointing stay. This 3-star hotel charges three times the standard rate, yet delivers far below average service. The hotel was severely understaffed — we saw maybe five people running the entire operation, covering reception, housekeeping, and maintenance. Unsurprisingly, service was slow and unprofessional. One staff member looked like he belonged anywhere but hospitality, and the daytime receptionist had zero people skills — not someone who should be front-facing with guests. The amenities were a letdown. The pool was constantly “under maintenance” and never open during posted hours. The treadmill was broken, and the washing machine was out of order. Guests were even asked to bring down their own dirty towels, instead of housekeeping handling them. When we asked for a 10-minute early check-in, we were told no — despite cleaners still being in nearly every room. The only positive was the breakfast. The kitchen staff worked hard to keep things clean and well-stocked, and their effort was appreciated. But it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and poorly run. With broken amenities, a lack of basic hospitality, and overworked staff who couldn’t keep up, it’s not worth the money. Would not recommend, unless it’s your only option — and even then, manage your expectations.

Wonderful stay, yet again! We greatly appreciate a clean and comfortable room!

The bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rugs are run down in the room and elevator. The hotel was not full nor even close, but other guests were right next door and we could hear their conversations because the walls are pretty thin.

I booked this property due to its location, price, pool and crib/playpen amenities. When I arrived I was informed the pool was not operational but the desk girl stated she would have maintenance bring me a crib/playpen as I was traveling with my 20 month and 2 month old. A man told me after two days of inquiring that they had “old school” playpen like cribs but they’re severely outdated, unsafe and not supposed to be used. He stated he couldn’t understand why they were still on the property and the owner forbid their use. When I made a comment about the pool at check out the man at the desk (different man) wanted to argue with me about the pool and crib/play pen being listed on the Expedia listing. I even showed him and he still wanted to go back and forth with me. The room was outdated, the mattress lumpy but the pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping was respectful and helpful in taking care of the garbage daily without room cleaning (my wishes) though there was a stale odor in the hallway. The thermostat was quite touchy and it seemed as if it was either too hot or too cold but the weather was up and down the week we stayed. Breakfast was ish but I did want to commend the short, stocky older middle aged woman was so sweet and we had great conversation together. The two beautiful black women who worked the desk at night were very sweet as well. While it won’t be my go-to place to stay the next time I visit it wasn’t inhabitable so in a pinch it would do.

VERY disappointed that the hot tub & pool were closed! That was the only reason we chose this hotel instead of any others in the area. Maybe they should have let us know beforehand if they able to.

Convenient location not to far from Cooperstown. Very clean and quiet

The staff was very nice and pleasant. I was just disappointed that the pool wasn't up and running. I didnt see anything mentioned prior onlne about it. The room Itself was ok. Tight hallway though. Not great sound proofing. Could hear kids running around upstairs. And worse was the water was brown. Wanted to use the bath. Definitely brown water. Is what it is. Only a couple of options in the area anyway.
