Nel complesso era vecchio. La serratura era vecchio stile ed ero preoccupato per la sicurezza. Apprezzerei se potessi fornire maggiori dettagli sull'attrezzatura in futuro.

水周りがイマイチ　ただしフロントの対応は大変に良い。駅からは徒歩８－１０分、聞きまわらないと見つけられない。石畳の道をｽｰﾂｹｰｽをひっぱっていくのは疲れた。 近くに業務用の品を販売している店があり、フロントで聞くと教えてくれる。（土産にbest)

港近くのちょっと街はずれなロケーションで、ホテル到着時は周辺環境に少々不安を感じたが、清潔な部屋と感じの良い接客で総合的には満足の行くホテルでした。

Camera deliziosa, ma da rimodernare e in paricolar modo il bagno con problemi come il bidet non funzionante. Il personale è fantastico. Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da Ortigia e grande possibilità di parcheggio.

We liked the location. Staff were helpful giving recommendations regarding restaurants and directions We didn’t like the room which was shabby and rundown. I booked a room with ocean glimpses and we could not see the water from our room or balcony. The room was not good value for money.

The location of property was good. The surrounds of the property is poor. Dirty grounds. No internet, no lift. Lots of stairs. Lobby staff were ok. Breakfast waitress didn’t smile.

The property was incorrectly advertised eg photos of outlook, balcony, pillow menu. The internet rarely worked. When we made staff aware they'd go and turn on and then it would not work a short time later. The matresses in the economy room need replacing. They had dips in middle. When we complained we were told to go somewhere else. Our room was half the size if my friends who paid the same amount on the site. Overall really disappointed and did not sleep properly during our stay.

Ottimo hotel facile da raggiungere e vicino sia da Ortigia che dalla stazione. Stanza confortevole e accogliente

Mixed feelings.... very good location near Ortygia, courteous staff but the room offered differed from the specs of the room booked. We advised reception who tried to accomodate us to a different room but the odour was heavily filled with cigarette smoke so we declined the alternative and sticked to our room

mooi centraal gelegen om naar de oude stad ( Ortigia) te lopen. Hotel had geen eigen parkeerplaats, maar kon gebruik gemaakt worden van publieke parkeerplaatsen. Redelijk aanwezig. zwembad op de foto is niet aanwezig in het hotel. De wifi werkt niet op de derde verdieping. Goed ontbijt buffet

Espaces communs confortables et bien décorés. La connexion wifi dans la chambre laissait à désirer.

由火車站步行可以前往，去旅遊景點都非常方便，都可以步行前往。房內衛生，職員態度都非常好，是一間可以入住的酒店。

L'hotel è senza ascensore, la colazione molto essenziale, ma soprattutto il servizio pessimo in quanto non sanno gestire le emergenze. Per cominciare non hanno avvisato che c'erano problemi alle tubature e avrebbero dovuto chiudere l'acqua PER QUASI 2 ORE, dalle 9, in pieno orario di preparazione mattutina all'uscita. Abbiamo perso una mattinata preziosa per il nostro breve soggiorno e non hanno accennato a qualche forma di rimborso o coccola al cliente. Abbiamo chiesto 2 caffè e non hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farceli pagare, ma ci saremmo aspettati di loro iniziativa, il "regalo" di 6 euro totali di tassa di soggiorno che invece hanno richiesto in modo vergognoso. La struttura non sembra particolarmente ammodernare, potrei aspettarmi altri problemi di questo tipo. la posizione non è male. Insomma...a vostro rischio e pericolo!!
