Great property and close to everything.

Great place to stay. Economic and clean place. Close to lake Geneva and Como.

They need to invest in a new luggage buggy.

Awesome rooms at a great price!

The room was clean, tv and fridge were in good working order.

1 of the beds in our room was broken, it was uneven and you would literally roll out of bed because of the angle

Cold. Dryer broken. No towels

There was a dead roach in the bathroom, holes in towels, no one ever at the desk. I work at hotels and I understand this is a smaller property but still doesn’t mean service and cleanliness can lack. Will most likely go back due to convenience and inexpensiveness

It's the basic hotel package and was a pleasant stay, overall. It's an older property that's kept up well.
