I asked pool staff if they can do a happy birthday shout out for my twin nephews after the activities and the response was if they do it for them everyone else will want the same. A very lame and lazy excuse after spending thousands between the 2 parties that reserved space. Our party of 6 adults and 9 children was very disappointed.

Very nice family experience lots for the family to do while there. Wishing more hand sanitation stations were available, but other than that no issues with cleanliness. Nice buffet breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit!

This property is everything that we imagined. As you drive up to the parking lot you get a WOW experience. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We are having an amazing time and we will plan to return.

I liked most everything. Love all there is to do for kids. Everyone was friendly and professional, and always ready to help. Also, so were the visitors. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Now this became one my my most favorite places for vacation with kids!

GWL Williamsburg was wonderful! I received my 1st welcome text 3 days before, the next day I got an opportunity to upgrade my room for FREE. Check-in was quick, front desk was wonderful about explaining locations of everything. Very welcoming. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Outside ground area clean and well kept. We celebrated our grandkids preschool graduation, they enjoyed and we definitely will be back. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Perfect place to stay with kids.

This is a nice place for children and teens. They have a lot of children activities in addition to the swimming. My teenage grandsons loved the slides. We enjoyed playing the indoor golf. The boys loved the arcade. I enjoyed the shopping and also having a Dunkin Donut Coffee Shop. You definitely get your steps in each day. Our room was adequate but I really wished the furniture was more comfortable. We had 5 of us in our room and there wasn’t enough seating. The family suite we had didn’t match the picture I chose. No sink in the bathroom.
