The hotel is not expensive compared to others in the downtown. It is easy to access the international airport and downtown by railway and metro. I am loosing my shirt that I asked to wash. That is a negative point but may happen in other hotels.

Great hotel. Very welcoming. Clean rooms. Breakfast great. The bar has a great vibe too. My dog was made to feel very welcome.

Second stay, still basic but has everything you need for couple of comfortable nights. Staff are all lovely. Rooms and communal areas all lovely and clean.

É um hotel bem longe do Centro de Madrid, mas com estação de trem e metrô proximas a ele. Tem restaurantes e mercados próximos, muito bom custo beneficio já que as hospedagens no centro são bem mais caras e as vezes nem tanto confortáveis.

Room was clean and organised (missed a kettle but that’s minor) staff were all really friendly. Breakfast was nice enough. A little pricey for what it is but all cooked well and tasty. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean and thoughtful customer service. I came in around 1am and loved they were able to whip up a hot sandwich and chips for me.

El hotel en general bastante bien y limpio. Pero bastante lejos del centro de madrid. Su unico medio cercano es el renfe.

Habitación perfecta, limpia y muy cómoda, cama supergrande

Hotel excelente, perfeito para quem está de carro, estacionamento 7,00 por dia (bem mais em conta que outros hotéis) fica 14 km de distância da cidade (parte turística) tem mercado ao lado. Eles tem um restaurante no próprio hotel, que não precisa sair. Lugar seguro e limpo. O atendimento de todos é ótimo! Nota 10 para o pessoal.

Nice hotel, located close to the motorway. We use it regularly on trips down to the Costa del Sol. Staff always friendly & helpful and there's always decent parking on the road close to the hotel.
