I liked the resort, thought it was clean, rooms were nice, good price, things to do on site but you get the feeling the staff hate their jobs, that’s the only unfortunate part.

People were good but horrible timing.

Property was ok. But they seem to have long time staying guests that worked in construction nearby. Dirty pick up trucks and “fighting stares” does not evoke family friendly atmosphere. The property looks dated and in terrible need of maintenance. Our bathroom looked clean at first glance but upon further inspection, had massive amounts of mold and mildew growing in the bathroom wall including areas around the door and the shower. We stayed for 4 days, and fresh towels were not exchangeable. TV was 32” and were limited as it was not a smart tv where you can watch Netflix or even YouTube. Overall good location but very old and dated inside the suite. It also doesn’t help that neighbours upstairs can get loud and foot steps can wake you up in the morning. Not to mention your immediate neighbor next door will share the same entrance/exit. So when they are going out or you are going out…you have to time it so you don’t bump or literally ran into each other. I feel like this can easily get resolved by not booking people together.

I booked this hotel for the second time because I was pleased with my first stay. At 3:15 p.m., I asked the receptionist, Janet, if I could check in. She asked for my name but didn’t request any ID. She then told me the room was still “dirty”—and she even prolonged the word when she said it. I said that was fine and told her to just let me know when it was ready, as I would be waiting in the lobby. About 10 minutes later, three guests arrived to check in. Janet assisted one of them and asked for a piece of ID. The other two (couple) were helped by a different receptionist. Janet looked over at me and seemed to notice that I was upset. After the couple had finished checking in, she finally told me I could check in and that the next receptionist would assist me. What surprised me was that Janet didn’t even check the computer to see if my room was ready—she was just standing there. I believe the room had already been available earlier, but she simply didn’t want to let me in at 3:15 p.m. When I finally got the room, I was disappointed. The toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bed sheets were itchy. Since this hotel has one main door for every two rooms, I could constantly hear the neighboring guests going in and out, slamming the door repeatedly. Between 10:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., there were also loud kids making noise. Overall, I’m totally disappointed with my second stay here.

Booked this hotel thru Expedia and there was an issue when checking in that front desk stated they didn’t get fees from Expedia but not to worry it happens sometimes and they would sort it out on their end. Well how they sorted it out was charged me for the night on top of what I had already prepaid. And when I called them on it they refused to deal with me to make it right. It took a week of back and forth with Expedia as hotel wouldn’t deal with me. And in the end they didn’t even app

Great property spacious rooms

This was the perfect place for our trip. The room was accessible with a ramp, the beds were comfortable, and the stay was excellent. It was exactly what they said.

It is tired and in need of updating. The bathroom shower unit needs some cleaning attention. I was also not expecting to have to clean before leaving. We were asked to strip the bed and take out the garbage. However, we were not sure where to even leave the garbage. Not what we expected.

Overall had a good time there I like that it was very quiet, the place was pretty clean, check in went smooth and quick. The rooms all came with utensils plates and everything you need which was a huge plus. Kettle didn’t work but was only thing.

Bathroom door didn’t close as it wasn’t level. Blinds on the patio door didn’t lower all the way down, which allowed sunlight in the morning
