伝統的建物で居心地が良く、窓からの眺めは実に風情があります。 ただし、木製部が多く、煙センサーはついていますが、スプリンクラーは有りません。

可愛いホテル。 ドアマンの対応が素晴らしい。 朝食は普通。

クラシックな格調高いホテルで有るがやや設備が古く、泊まった部屋は狭く、窓から外が全く見えない。 朝食も普通で特に素晴らしいとは言えない。 従業員は丁寧で数も多い。 値段が高いので一般旅行者にはコスパが悪い。

イタリアにはロビーだけ豪華にしているホテルが多い気がしていましたが、このホテルは部屋も豪華で満足のいく滞在でした。朝食も品数が多く満足しました。特にパンが美味しかったです。 又ベローナに滞在の時は利用したいホテルです。本当に上品なホテルです。

とっても快適でした。　午前10時半すぎに到着しましたが、すぐにお部屋に入れていただいたので散策の前に一休みできて良かったです。 そのほかの対応も良かったです

Much more valuable to the Expedia discount rate applied. Very nice traditional hotel, one of the most nice hotels of inland regional city hotels in northern Italy. Staffs are professionals. They know what guests want to do. The room allocated was a little bit small but is equivalent to the discounted rate, comfortable and enough place for me. While every important sightseeing place is in a 10 minutes walking distance as the hotel is situated at the historic centre in Verona, you need not go out! The hotel interior is superb and traditional,leading you to historic Verona even inside the hotel! Suggested restaurant is also nice.

エルベ広場近く立地最高。周りは静かで酒屋や食品店もある。ヴェローナの歴史と共に歩んできた宮殿ホテル。部屋も程よい広さで落ち着き有り。ロビーは美術館と見間違うほど美しい。朝食レストランも広くエレガントで種類豊富（特にパン・ケーキ類）にて美味なり。受付・部屋の案内・レストランの案内、いずれも満足できる”おもてなし”、日本のお家芸みたい。ヴェローナでこれ以上のホテルを私は知らない。

ヴェローナの散策にとても良いロケーションです。イタリアのホテルは狭いことが多いのですが、比較的広く、すごし易いホテルでした。

何と言ってもドウモのすぐそばという立地の良さ。小さな町ではあるけれど、町の中心地までもすぐ。部屋は少し小さくドウモに面していなかったので、眺めはよくなかったけれど、まぁ満足。 朝食はとても充実。 安くはないのでホテルのレセプションの方の態度も大変よく、価格並みの充実さと言う感じはあります。

It is supposed to be the best hotel in Verona. The location is excellent, closed to everything, and the building itself has its own charm. However, as a five-star hotel, it falls short of expectations of those who have stayed in other five-star hotels--such as Four Seasons in Milan or Prague, or The Claridge's in London. The room is very bare and reminds me of a family-owned pension in Switzerland. The bathroom is so tiny and needs major maintenance. The breakfast many people rave about is just mediocre, with carton juices and a very few variety of cheeses.

ベローナの中心地のため、エルベ広場・アナタシア教会・ドーモや川沿いの散歩など，何処へ行くにも大変便利な場所にある。 ホテル内はクラシックで古都の雰囲気が感じられる落ち着きがある。一方ホテルステイとしては幾分制約が課せられるのはやむを得ないか。

The hotel was in a wonderful location. Close to everything. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooftop bar was such a treat! I would def return.

Well located hotel in Verona. Built to a very high standard with lots of marble. Enjoyed our stay. Dinner on the roof terrace was a highlight.

This is an older style hotel beautifully furnished well located in the city centre. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a highlight. Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent.
