No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.

空港からの情報がまったくわからずホテルに着くまでに大変でした　バス便簡単そうに書いてありますが分かりにくく途中でタクシーでした。ルームキは何回もロックかかり係の人が部屋入力間違って何度もレセプション往復しました　二度と泊まりたくないです　

This is the nice hotel. Each room had good space. Buffe was fun. Close to the supermarket, restaurants are near there. Staffs are also nice.

食事は５つ星です。ただwifiは殆ど部屋からは使えませんでした。近日中に工事するらしいですが事前に確認が必要かも？

一言で言うとひどいホテルだった。まずWiFiがロビーでしか使えない。ロビーを出ると部屋だけでなく、ロビー階下のレストランやプールエリアでも電波が弱過ぎて全く繋がらない。 部屋には電気ポットが無かったのでホテルから借りたが、4ユーロ/日と有料、金庫も有料とちょっとしたサービスが全て有料で金、金、金の亡者の様に感じた。大した金額ではないので利用したが、部屋代としてはかなりの金額を払っていることを考えると納得感はなかった。 冬の時期の利用だったため、水泳がしたいという小学生の息子のことを考え、室内プールあるというのがこのホテルを選んだ一番の理由だったが、いざ使用しようとすると12歳以下は利用不可とのこと。 外のプールも一部温水となっていたが、最も暖かかったジャグジープールも同様に12歳以下は利用不可。大型ホテルで周りには小さな子供のいる家族連れが多かったが、総じて子供には優しくないホテルと感じた。 また、ホテルのスタッフは宿泊客に対してフレンドリーではなかった。ホテルに到着した際、check inのコーナーが長い列となっていて、隣のcheck outのコーナーに居たスタッフに声をかけたある宿泊者に対してcheck inのコーナーを指差してそっちに並べと言ったのが聞こえた。check outのコーナーにいたスタッフは特に何をする様子でもなく忙しい様には見えなかった。 かなりの大型ホテルで四つ星を謳っていますが、中身はスタッフの質も悪く、サービスのレベルも低くとても高級ホテルとは言えないです。 唯一良かったのは、ホテルの目の前にスーパーとレストランが何軒かあったことですが、このホテルは絶対お薦めできません。 WiFi is very weak. We can't connect to WiFi except for lobby. This hotel is not suitable for the family with small kids. I never recommend this hotel.

The hotel, was very spacious, welcoming and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was spacious and clean, couldn't fault the place. Great for families. My kids a older now and found plenty to do while on site and in the surrounding areas.

Room was pleasant but not spotless. Grounds are lovely and food and drink reasonably priced. Good quality large and varied buffet breakfast.

Privilege is a must. Sky bar is exceptional and overall additional amenities are worth additional cost.

When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool towels which I think is a bit much I’m sure guests staying in this hotel are not looking to steal the towels - haven’t experienced this in similar hotels elsewhere. We were half board - food was ok - breakfast was best but we never tried dinner. Overall the location is great - the staff are lovely and the pool areas are really nice!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. My first room was exceedingly average - aging decor, smell of ?old cigarettes lingering, some mould in shower. I reported in the morning that there was an issue with the shower water going hot and cold, reception staff were really helpful in upgrading my room which was much better. However, there were ongoing issues with shower also in new room not being very hot - I must have made seven phone calls in total to reception.

Bon hôtel, personnel bienveillant, buffets bien achalandés et variés Les piscines sont très agréables, transats en nombre suffisant.
