No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.

大型リゾート。プールも大きく、子供用のウォータースライダーなどもあり家族に最適。車は周辺に駐車可能。治安良し。

空港からの情報がまったくわからずホテルに着くまでに大変でした　バス便簡単そうに書いてありますが分かりにくく途中でタクシーでした。ルームキは何回もロックかかり係の人が部屋入力間違って何度もレセプション往復しました　二度と泊まりたくないです　

This is the nice hotel. Each room had good space. Buffe was fun. Close to the supermarket, restaurants are near there. Staffs are also nice.

食事は５つ星です。ただwifiは殆ど部屋からは使えませんでした。近日中に工事するらしいですが事前に確認が必要かも？

一言で言うとひどいホテルだった。まずWiFiがロビーでしか使えない。ロビーを出ると部屋だけでなく、ロビー階下のレストランやプールエリアでも電波が弱過ぎて全く繋がらない。 部屋には電気ポットが無かったのでホテルから借りたが、4ユーロ/日と有料、金庫も有料とちょっとしたサービスが全て有料で金、金、金の亡者の様に感じた。大した金額ではないので利用したが、部屋代としてはかなりの金額を払っていることを考えると納得感はなかった。 冬の時期の利用だったため、水泳がしたいという小学生の息子のことを考え、室内プールあるというのがこのホテルを選んだ一番の理由だったが、いざ使用しようとすると12歳以下は利用不可とのこと。 外のプールも一部温水となっていたが、最も暖かかったジャグジープールも同様に12歳以下は利用不可。大型ホテルで周りには小さな子供のいる家族連れが多かったが、総じて子供には優しくないホテルと感じた。 また、ホテルのスタッフは宿泊客に対してフレンドリーではなかった。ホテルに到着した際、check inのコーナーが長い列となっていて、隣のcheck outのコーナーに居たスタッフに声をかけたある宿泊者に対してcheck inのコーナーを指差してそっちに並べと言ったのが聞こえた。check outのコーナーにいたスタッフは特に何をする様子でもなく忙しい様には見えなかった。 かなりの大型ホテルで四つ星を謳っていますが、中身はスタッフの質も悪く、サービスのレベルも低くとても高級ホテルとは言えないです。 唯一良かったのは、ホテルの目の前にスーパーとレストランが何軒かあったことですが、このホテルは絶対お薦めできません。 WiFi is very weak. We can't connect to WiFi except for lobby. This hotel is not suitable for the family with small kids. I never recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us—not right in the middle of the busy tourist area, but close enough for a pleasant walk whenever we wanted. The pool was fantastic, and we never had any trouble finding available sunbeds. We booked the half-board option, and it was well worth it. Both breakfast and dinner offered a great selection of fresh, delicious options. There was plenty of variety, so the meals never felt repetitive. The fresh bread and dessert selection were a plus! Tenerife is absolutely worth visiting. If you’re planning a trip, make sure you visit Mount Teide, explore the stunning Masca, and spend a day at Siam Park. The island has so much to offer, with beautiful scenery, great weather, and something for everyone. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Room was just okay, Tv didn’t connect to WiFi and ‘wasn’t supposed to’, despite being a smart Tv… not allowed to smoke on the balcony so when people were smoking anyways there was buds left on the floor in front of our balcony, the outside was lovely just the room was disappointing.

This is a great four star hotel in a quiet area. It is fully contained with very friendly staff. We have been multiple times and really cannot fault it.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Pour le rangement on ne sait où poser les valises et l’armoire est un peu petite. Le coffre safe pourrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre. La vue sur mer est juste magnifique. petit bémol, des hôtes fument sur leurs balcons et de nuit si vous dormez fenêtres ouvertes l’odeur envahit la chambre. Sinon tout est ok

We had a great experience!! Very clean hotel with beautiful view, access to the beach. Across the hotel there is a shopping center with two very good Italian restaurants.

Only one hot tub and it was inside the spa area and not warm. Staff was friendly but information provided was conflicting.
