スタッフは素晴らしかったです。2 週間のホテルで受けたサービスの中で最高でした。とても親切でフレンドリーでした。

Hotel yang sangat nyaman, ukuran kamar memang tidak terlalu besar tapi cukup dan sangat efisien, kasur empuk, kamar mandi bersih. Letaknya sangat strategis, dekat stasiun utama, dekat damrak, dam centraal dan pusat perbelanjaan. Restoran hotel makanannya enak. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan menyenangkan.

Great location and great room. But I think there is no heater in the bathroom.

Hotel dekat satsiun, walau kamarnya tidak terlalu besar, nyaman banget, penyambutan bagus, kamar mandi sangat bersih, Walau kamar tidak ingin dirapikan, tetap selalu dikasih handuk baru di depan kamar dan saat breakfast ada pelayan partime bisa bahas indo, Sangat membantu sekali.

Tempatnya bagus, strategis, dan suasanya nyaman sekali.

They charge us additional euro 140 because we were staying with our 10 years old son, the staff (his name is joseph) did not helpful at all, I asked him if we can get tripple room instead of 4 or paying for extrabed, he said not available. We have no choice as we had big luggages and travel with kid so I paid the euro 140. Joseph asked us to come back at 3pm as the room was not ready yet. We came back around 3.30 pm and still the room is not ready. The other male staff was very rude, when we asked why the room is still not ready when you charged us euro 140 more, he was shouting to us that it was his friend's who promised for the room, and he said "if you want to raise your complain, you can talk to our manager tomorrow", I don't remember his name but he has beard. The day after I asked for the trash bin inside the room because there were only 1 small bin inside the bathroom, he said ok will send to my room and never happen until we check out. The room was cleaned up but there was dirty pink towel left on top of our luggage. The service is horrible, not recommended! However, the guys who were in charge at restaurant are nice. We don't take photo of the staffs as well as the hotel so I just posted one of photos in amsterdam we demand to get the refund of the extra money we were forced to pay euro 140 to my credit card. App never informed us that there will be additional euro 140 to stay with 10 years old children.

Service this hotel very good, and very close to central train

very good location! near to the amsterdam central, if you need to catch a train or flight, you could just walk to amsterdam central. booked 2 rooms and got 1 upgraded room. however, the heater in my parents room (the upgraded one) was not warm enough and the one in my room was somehow broken. complained to the reception, they repaired it when I was gone. but it just won't work again after I shut it down for a moment. breakfast was good, lot of choices include English breakfast in it.

Room and toilet are clean, and service is excellent
