立地がとても良かった。ポポロ広場スペイン広場と直近でありながら、一歩奥まって落ち着いた雰囲気がある。

部屋の軋む音が何十回も聞こえた。

立地は良く、部屋の第一印象はとても広く綺麗であった。しかしながら、チェックイン時間である14時を過ぎてもチェックインさせてもらえなかった(原因は部屋のメンテナンスの関係)。もともと朝食なしの予約をしていたため、チェックインが遅れた代わりとして朝食を無料でつけて頂いた。しかし、その朝食は大した品揃えもなく、パンやコーヒーの味は決して美味しいとは言えず、全く以って食べるに値しなかった。 そして、部屋のシャワー室の天井から大量の雨漏りがあり、一晩中水滴の滴る音が部屋に鳴り響き、朝方にはバケツから水が溢れかえり、洗面台の床一面が水浸しになっていた。 雨漏りが発覚してすぐ、ホテルのフロントに対応を求めたが、部屋に来て状況確認することもなく、「何もできることはない。明日の朝対応する。」と意味不明な発言しかしてくれなかった。 ホテルの部屋の選定基準は人それぞれかと思うが、私は今後決してこのホテルは利用したいと思わない。

部屋は広くとても綺麗。入口の雰囲気からはちょっと想像できなかった。旧市街の買い物や観光にアクセスもよくとても良かった。

友人5人で滞在しました。 広くて居心地が良かったです。 最寄駅も近く移動にも便利でした。 また徒歩15分圏内に美味しいご飯どころなどもあり、夜も安心でした。

朝食はいまいち。外でとる方がコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 ともかく、入り口が分かりにくいです。最後は住所表示を見て番号でここかとわかりました。その間、２回も目の前を通りました。ベルを押して鍵を開錠してもらうのも慣れないとわからないですね。 ただ、イベリア航空に荷物を無くされた際にスタッフの人が大変良く対応してくれて、航空会社の対応は最低だっただけに結構嬉しかったですね。

We felt as if we were living in amongst a Barcelona community. The accommodation were clean and spacious, we are from Canada and are used to “North American sizes”. There was no living room but in the picture when we booked there was so we were a little disappointed about that but we would still stay here every time we visit Barcelona, it is in a perfect location, so close to everything you can walk.

Martin was an amazing host. He was always welcoming and super helpful with advice for where to go to dinner and where to head out to for a great night out. Thanks Martin!!

Outside the property, it smells like sewer. The property is very basic. Not a four star at all. Service was nice and property is clean. We stayed in a “flat”. The bathroom light wakes everyone up in the apartment and there are death-defying steps leading into and out of the bathroom making going to the bathroom at night challenging

Great spot!

Rude check in experience from the manager to get our trip off on a bad start. Our booking was incorrect with only 2 persons booked in a 5 person room. (Our 3 kids were not on the original reservation.) In front of other guests, the manager was very rude and aggressive toward us. We were charged for the additional people which I am fine with. However, it was not explained or done in a professional manner. All other hotel staff were more than friendly. Picture of the reservation did not match the room type or configuration. Not a big deal, but the room was not in the layout expected. Furniture in the room is too big for the space. Drawers do not open all the way and it is cramped with limited functionality. Room is poorly lit and difficult to see. There are stairs in the middle of the hallway which are tall and quite dangerous as they are central and not clearly marked.

Real great experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Great location

Great location for sightseeing, shopping and eating

The property is in an excellent location for shopping, great restaurants, art, Picasso museum, and live music. Vicente and staff (Carla I believe) were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. Vicente shared some excellent local restuarant recommendations in different neighborhoods. The room was very clean and the AC worked perfected. We were a family of 4 and we all loved the hotel.

Perfect spot for our family of four to stay. We quickly fell in love with the area! Everything was convenient! Amazing food, great shipping…and our suite was AMAZING! Highly recommend!!

Massive room for a European hotel. Spectacular location but a little difficult to find as it is not display Mercer House on the outside. Nice morning breakfast, very helpful staff. We enjoyed it.

We are a family of 4 and amazed we found this huge room in such an amazing location in Europe! The staff goes above and beyond- they made us dinner reservations and booked a car to take us to the airport. So friendly and helpful! The room is HUGE, even by American standards. We have a king bed and there is a seperate room with two twins. There is also a pull out twin available but we don’t need it. Tons of room to store your clothes. There is also a kitchen with fridge in room. The area is totally walkable and the hotel is right next to a metro entrance so easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend!
