早朝に到着したにも関わらず快く手荷物を預かってくれた上に朝食も勧めてくれてとても親切にご対応して下さいました。 クラブやビーチ、バス停留所に隣接しておりとても便利でした。

決して豪華なホテルではありませんが、今までいった海外ホテルの中で一番スタッフが素敵なホテルでした！ お客さんの顔を覚えていていてくれて、フレンドリーに話しかけてくれて、細やかなサービスをしてくれます。いく場所のアドバイスもしてくれました。 立地は大きいバス停の近くで夜遊びや海にいくのに便利、またスーパーもすぐ近くです。またいく時はこのホテルと決めています！

空港からタクシーで35ユーロくらい。近くにはレストラン、ストアなどたくさんあり立地はいいが部屋にヘアドライヤーはなくテレビもブラウン管タイプで映らなかった。

The staff at this hotel are excellent - really friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. My only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, apart from that it was great

I stayed solo and room was exactly what I needed. Very clean and great storage. I was excited to try the breakfast, however, I didn’t make it each morning, but it was very handy that the room had a kettle and supplies to make a coffee. Location is great too. And they were able to let me shower after I had checked out, which was a massive help. Noise wasn’t an issue either and I was on 1st floor, I actually found it weird how quiet it was for a weekend in July!

Excellent hotel. Great value, great location. Really comfy beds, lots of towels and a good powerful shower. Really good air con and a very reasonable priced bar.

For an incredibly budget-friendly hotel, this place punched well above its weight—but you must book the upgraded Iconic rooms. The hotel itself is currently a bit of a mishmash and clearly going through some renovations (the daybeds are oddly positioned away from the pool), but it is clean, modern, and highly functional. The location is a fantastic strategic base. It’s right on the edge of San Antonio, meaning you're outside the chaos but only a 5-minute drive from Pikes. Having a Lidl right across the road is also a massive plus for grabbing supplies. The Iconic room itself was absolutely lovely—spacious, newly renovated, and came with a massive balcony. Upgrading also unlocks a late breakfast service (brilliant if you've been out late). There was an initial check-in mix-up where they put me in a standard room first, which was frustrating with heavy luggage, but staff corrected it quickly. The upgrade is completely worth it. Expect some classic budget hotel hidden fees. They try to charge you a €2 deposit just to use a plastic cup by the pool, and parking was €10 a night instead of the €5 listed online. However, I was happy to pay it for the peace of mind of having a hire car in a secure lot rather than across the road. The Verdict: Excellent value for money if you bypass the standard rooms. I would absolutely use it as a base again.

Have stayed before so know what to expect

This is a very good holiday hotel as we were pre season it was quite but the staff were happy to share local knowledge and we found some fantastic restaurants through them. Breakfast was excellent and we had both lunch and dinner at the buffet which was excellent value and plentiful. The location is a two minute walk from beach and in the centre of town. We can recommend.

Lovely hotel, I would recommend

Just come back from a 5 day stay. Booked an iconic pool view room. (Ladies and gents if you think this means that you have open access to the pool when you open patio doors think again this is a view from 3/4 floors up. The nights entertainment is the worst ever and as far as the food goes the breakfast is the only passable food. I would rate it for being clean and location is good also but that’s it.

Good breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable room though not very large, nice balcony, good location. Would stay again.

Tive um apartamento com boa vista. Apesar de não ser de frente para a piscina. No quinto andar estava ótima! Estacionamento gratuito. O atendimento do funcionário da noite foi excelente.

J’ai séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne expérience. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, toujours disponible et accueillant. La cuisine proposée par le restaurant est intéressante et de qualité, même si un peu plus de choix serait apprécié. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, et l’établissement est bien situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wäre mit wenig Aufwand wieder gut herzurichten). Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße neben einem großen Lidl ist jetzt auch nicht gerade romantisch, aber um die diversen Ziele zu erreichen ziemlich perfekt. Wir hatten Halbpension, leider war das Abendessen jeden Abend das gleiche, aber auf gutem Niveau.
