I had to pay some additional amenity fee which I haven’t been informed beforehand…. Staff were very kind and nice. It was a very old building but cozy. A coffee maker in the room was a little bit dusty. The light on the window frame outside was sort of glaring..Other than that it was good.

古いホテルです。上層階は分かりませんが低層階は窓も小さく陽も入りません。圧迫感もあります。隣室の話し声も上の階の床の軋みも気になります。 清潔感に関しては極めて丁寧に掃除がされていました。これ程キレイにしてあるホテルも珍しく感激するレベルでした。

エレベーターの故障があった。

・Powell St. Stationから歩いて10分強。ケーブルカーなら数分で到着する(ケーブルカーでの移動も楽しい)。 食事や買物で困ることはないロケーション。 治安も悪くないようです ・部屋の内装が紺、家具が白基調の部屋へ宿泊。とても可愛らしい。 ・バス・トイレはとても清潔であった。 ・設備や調度品は少し懐古的な作りとなっている。特にエレベーターの雰囲気がよい。 ・荷物を2日預かって欲しい、と言う私のたどたどしい英語に対して、スタッフは根気よく親切に応対してくれた。

The location is great. The hotel itself is very old. The rooms are extremely small. Facilities in the room are old and not functioning very well.

Bra medelklass hotell 5 minuters promenad från Union Square. Ingen lyx men helt OK för vad vi betalade. Mindre rum men rent och städning varje dag. Frukost av enklare slag, men ingick i priset. Vi bodde här 3 personer under sju nätter och vi kan tänka oss att återkomma. OBS, ej handikappanpassat.

Free wine and Breakfast was great except that waffle machine did not work. Bath was not cleaned completely upon arrival.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff. Very close to public transportation & restaurants.

This hotel is charming and unique. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and the staff were all helpful. We would stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Central location. Tiny bathroom and small room (no A/C but not ready needed ). Daily room service and very friendly staff. Overall not a bad place to stay. There is no hotel parking but a parking garage is across the street for $40/day.

We had 3 nights at this charming B&B. Friendly and helpful staff and a clean, comfortable bedroom. A continental breakfast is served, plus scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon. Parking is available across the road in a parking garage at $40 per night and you can take the car out once a day. The cable car stop is literally at the end of the block and is great for getting to Fisherman’s Wharf. A short walk to China Town. The area felt safe around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
