3泊しました。 お部屋にはアメニティグッズとかはないし、ポットもないけど、私は無くてもOKなので 問題なかったです！ それよりシャワーも熱いお湯がちゃんと出て、排水も滞りなく、トイレの流れもよく 必要なことが充分に満たされていたから快適に過ごせました！ また朝食の種類が豊富で、ほんと美味しかったのはとても良かった。 朝食のスペースやフリースペースもとても素敵で落ち着けて気に入りました スタッフの皆さんが親切で有り難かったです またボルドーを訪れる時には利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

スタッフの方は気さくでとても話しやすかったです。部屋はシンプルで清潔感がありましたが、飲み物はレセプションですべて有料提供だったので、せめて水の無料サービスがあればありがたいなと思いました。 また、部屋のカードの差し方が分からなかったので、最初に説明があると助かると思いました。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが残念でした。 ボルドー駅からは徒歩5分強くらい、トラムの駅が目の前にあり、中心部に行くにはとても便利でした。

鉄道利用があり駅に近い場所を選びました。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。道路側の部屋でトラムの音が響いたのと水回りに少し難がありましたがその他は大満足でした。

スタッフが親切、明るい接客でした。ホテルはトラムの近くで便利でした。

Chambre, fonctionnelle et personnelle très accueillant

The staff was lovely, location is amazing, breakfast was good and the overall environment was great! The room was small but cosy and clean.

The breakfast was superb. The staff and lobby area are great. My room was uncomfortably small and cheaply constructed. The queen size bed was next to a wall so one of us (me) had to crawl on the bed to get on and off. Sink was ugly and in the hallway. No space for luggage.

Super petit déjeuner. Varié, complet, local ! De quoi vraiment bien partir la journée ! Les chambres sont petites mais très confortables. Le quartier est tranquille, proche du centre à pied ou en tramway. La gare est aussi à deux pas. Accueil sympatique et plus que cordial. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit hôtel charmant avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un court séjour en ville. Le personnel est vraiment le plus de l’hôtel, accessible, agréable, disponible et de bon conseil!

Nice and clean room, really small, but good for a short stay. Quiet neighbourhood, only some sounds of the tram can be heard, nothing irritating. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, so it is easy to get to the city center/airport, and the train station is also very close.

Top, vor allem die Mitarbeitenden Das einzig Negative war der etwas unangenehme Geruch in der Dusche.

Hotel were always friendly and polite, helped with an early check-in following a very early flight. Room was perfect for what we needed, small but clean with a very comfortable firm mattress and hot shower. Only slight negative was one english tv channel on tv, would be great if netflix could be added. We walked into the centre every day but it does have a tram stop right outside the hotel. I reccomend cascara for coffee. Husband used the gym a couple of times, limited but fine for a quick workout.

J'étais dans une chambre a côté d'un local technique, à partir de 5heures du matin j'ai entendu des allers retours et la porte se claquer toutes les 30 minutes.

Very good. Rated as a 2 stars, but deserves more. I appreciated the good breakfast and the reception open until late. There is also a small fitness room.
