車を停める際、係りの方やフロントの方に大変良くしていただきました。また、炎天下車のエアコンがどうしても付けられず汗だくで困っていたところ、親切に車の中まで来てあれやこれやと探してくれ、無事付けられ大変感謝したおります！ お部屋も清潔で水圧もエアコンも問題ないです。

朝10時と早めの訪問にも関わらず気持ちよく対応してくれた。立地はドゥーモの目の前で最高。室内の清掃も行き届いており、素晴らしかった。

オルティージャの中心に近く(徒歩一分)、立地は優れていた。通りもきれいであり、朝は鐘の音で起きることが出来るなど、シラクーサらしさを感じられた。 ホテルのサービスも優れており、リクエストにはすぐに応えてくれた。特に、フロントでおススメされたレストランは素晴らしく、予約まで代行してくれた。加えて、カターニア空港までのタクシー送迎(60ユーロ)も良かった。(シラクーサ駅からは15ユーロ) 朝ごはんもおいしく、通りにテラス席があるために景色も良かった。 しかし、なぜか部屋にグラスやケトルがないことや、エレベーターが揺れることが気にかかった。又、多少の停電があった。

Hotel staff were very helpful, and the location was perfect. We had a lovely time.

best location for Siracusa sightseeing, kind staff, good breakfast, but the room was not so comfortable

オルティージャ島のど真ん中に位置してして、すぐ近くのドゥオモでは夜も人だかりが多いのに、ホテルはいい感じに静かでした。部屋は少しだけ狭かったかもしれませんが、これだけの立地なので十分です。朝食もフルーツが充実していて、充実した滞在ができました。

We stayed here with 2 nights and very pleased with Cathedral next to this hotel. The atmosphere was amazing especially in the night. Gorgeous weekend! Spaghetti the restaurants around here serve was not "Ardente". We think that it is not for Italian people.

オルティージャ島のど真ん中、ドゥオモのすぐ裏側にあり、街を歩くのに便利。部屋のトイレの水が、ボタンを何回も押さないと流れない時があったのが唯一残念な点。それ以外はスタッフの対応も良く、ホテル全体の印象は良い。

Amazing hotel! Check in staff were the loveliest people you could ever meet! Restaurant staff Caterina and her colleagues were so warm and anxious to help with anything we needed. Room staff were courteous and lovely kept our room tidy and clean! Just a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable room was spacious and we were in the center of everything! Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!!

Hotel super-bem localizado, no meio do movimento de Ortígia, e, ao mesmo tempo, com interiores calmos. Concierge Gloria muito prestativa. Esteja atento se estiver de carro, pois a rua é muito estreita e o acesso é prejudicado.

Magnifique hôtel de luxe au cœur de Syracuse. Emplacement de choix, propreté et service remarquable. Matelas, literie et oreiller très confortable.

This is a fabulous perfect hotel in a great location. The only fault I could find was that we ran out of tissues on day 2 of a 3 night stay and they were not replaced. It should have been caught but I also didn’t make a specific request. They were SO helpful with the car and directions—not an easy thing in that location

A really lovely stay with delightful staff and super environment. In THE BEST location to explore Ortigia and see the sights. We arrived on the wrong day and the manager was so helpful resolving my mistake. A great place!
