とても広い部屋でした。ホテルのレストランで夕食をとることもできます。スタッフの方は親切で、朝6時にチェックアウトをした際にも、いろいろと対応していただきました。ただし部屋の掃除が少々行き届いておらず、前のお客さんの落としていった紙くず、コメントカードなどが残されていました。またお湯と水の蛇口が別々で手を洗うときなどは、ほどよい温度になりませんでした。

Very disappointed as we requested a room with limited steps. Their rooms on the main floor were not available due to a heat issue. We were given an apartment room that had three steps up plus another 7 steps. Our original booking included breakfast but the apartment did not.

Room was clean , staff pleasant- but we were not warned in advance about a gathering that was loud. Quite loud.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Staff are friendly. The room was cold on arrival but we requested an additional heater that was delivered promptly. Comfortable and clean room with a comfortable bed but woken on the first morning at 7.15 with loud noises from the pipes/ plumbing that continued for half an hour. On the 2nd night of our stay there was a function downstairs that was very loud until midnight. Appreciate that it was a function and some noise was to be expected but we should have been informed of this in advance and given an expected finishing time. Excellent parking but no EV charger. We stayed in the annexe building where the plumbing is probably old but would be unlikely to book here again due to the noise of the plumbing.

We booked a deluxe king room and believed we would have a corner bath. This was not the case. On arriving to our room a bag of rubbish was sitting in the doorway. On inspection of the room unfortunately the level of dust was not acceptable. The bedding also had makes that looked like lipstick and splatter stains all down the dressing table. We were moved room as the member of staff agreed it was not acceptable. Our second room looked great on the surface. However, again the level of dust was not acceptable and a pair of gloves (covered in dust) were found and had clearly been there some time. The windows in the room were absolutely running with condensation every morning to the point I had to leave the room for a walk every morning to clear my sinuses. This room was above the dining room and from approximately 7am to late we could hear the music playing. We believed that the rooms had been soundproofed. We ate breakfast on the first morning and chose not to again. Albeit our booking was 9.30am. The choice was very limited with selection not having been replenished. There was one four slice toaster but only half working and the debris inside it was clearly a sign that it’s not cleaned daily. Thankfully all staff we talked with were very friendly and a shout out to Lisa for trying to make our stay better. Sadly I don’t think we’d return!

Couldn’t find fault with anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice of cooked fare. The staff were all very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Friendliness of staff, great cocktail bar and restaurant

Excellent one night stay. Clean room & on suite. Comfortable bed with all room amenities. View overlooking the river ness. The restaurant was wonderful. Food fantastic, service very good. The bar comfortable, quiet as early in the week. But wknds the piano is played & I think this adds extra atmosphere. Would stay again.

The hotel location is excellent, but the condition of the room leaved lot to be desired. For a four star hotel with cracks on the walls and the ceiling, broken sink in the bathroom, door that looks like a lock was forced open from outside and the radiators with peeling paint is not something I would expect, especially for the price I paid.

Always love staying here for work. I’ll be back, great hotel.
