とても広い部屋でした。ホテルのレストランで夕食をとることもできます。スタッフの方は親切で、朝6時にチェックアウトをした際にも、いろいろと対応していただきました。ただし部屋の掃除が少々行き届いておらず、前のお客さんの落としていった紙くず、コメントカードなどが残されていました。またお湯と水の蛇口が別々で手を洗うときなどは、ほどよい温度になりませんでした。

Booked an apartment with 2 king size beds and 1 double sofa bed but was given 1 king bed and 2 single beds and 2 small single sofa beds. Quite close to all the shops, not bad but would have been good if we got what we booked.

This was an excellent hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of many of the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Inverness. We had a wonderful room with a fantastic view, which really added to the overall experience. A special mention must go to the young lady working on reception. She was extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely funny, making us feel very welcome. She even offered to help me with our cases, which I thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful of her. Customer service like that should certainly be recognised, and she definitely deserves a pat on the back for the way she treated us. I regret not askin for her name. The location itself was beautiful and made exploring Inverness extremely convenient. Being able to walk to so many places without constantly needing the car was a major advantage and allowed us to enjoy the city at a much more relaxed pace. Overall, I was extremely pleased with our stay. For the few short days we were there, I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money, a beautiful location and a very enjoyable experience. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit or vacation to Inverness.

It deserved actually 5 stars, because it has great location and good hospitality. Great drinks and ok breakfast. Normally I am very noble in my judgement - But - we didn´t have hot water in the bathroom for almost 2/3 of our stay. Which is a catastrophe going out in the sun and back before heading to town again. And when we mentioned it in the reception, nothing could be done, even though the girl said she would call the manager. And for a expensive hotel like that it is not ok. I said to the poor receptionist upon leaving that we should have a discount, but she couldn´t give us one. So we overpayede for having cold water - thus the 3 stars

When nearby rooms had a shower there was loud nices that woke us up and was not satisfying in anyway. We also asked to get a 20 min delayed checkhout. Which was impossible to do. Or we could pay 20 quid. The breakfast was alright you could order one thing from the menu other than that just alright a small bread and milk section. The feeling was that this place have had its glory days. The pillows felt like they could use an upgrade also.

I really want to give the place five stars but there are several issues the we encountered during our stay. 1. There is no customer service. You can't call the front we have to walk there from another building. No conditioner in the bathrooms. 2. The only luxury in the place is the space. It's spacious but not luxurious. There's a very steep stairs to the upper room 3. There was construction on the road. The windows don't seal and my two kids had to breathe asphalt fumes and we had to hear the beeping sound of equipment and heavy compactors all afternoon. The staff said the fumes are perfectly fine to breathe and offered no other resolution or anything else to make up the inconvenience. Other than that the staff is very nice and the service and restaurant food is excellent. But when I booked a room on what appeared to be a river side quiet place and got a subpar apartment with construction and no room service it was quiet disappointing.

Location was exactly what we were looking for and the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us accomplish our Holiday goals.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was convenient to the town center and the hotel staff were amazing.

I loved our stay at the Glenmoriston. The location beside the River Ness is just perfect. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

A fantastic hotel in a great location for visiting Inverness, riverside and scenic, lovely breakfast and friendly staff, super clean and a great feel.

Das Badezimmer in meinem Zimmer war alt. Die Dusche war ok, aber überall gab es Rost, Schmutz und Flecken. Leider auch im Zimmer an der Wand und am Überwurf. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich. Dasjenige an der Reception nicht so. Das gekochte Frühstück fand ich nicht speziell. Und beim anderen kann man nicht so viel falsch machen. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Awesome breakfast menu. Highly recommend the Full Scottish. The fruit salad and cold breakfast buffet was lovely but if you arrive after 09:00h the pastries may all be gone!

Nice hotel. Our room was located in secondary building so we had no interaction with staff after checking in. However it was easy to park and access the building. Room was cold upon arrival and we had a hard time warming it up. Lack of 24-hr staff, made early a.m. check-out difficult.

Perfect location and significant parking for those that have a car. Food was great as well.
