Beautiful hotel, super-maintained and very clean, with super-friendly staff who make you feel pampered. The facilities are very good, with a full breakfast. It's right across from a wonderful beach. I'm also grateful that we went to celebrate my husband's birthday and they made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay, luckily i could get the requested room, as a vegetarian there and a view options for dinner, the staff is friendly and helps out with special meal requests. A point for improvement would be to ban smoking in the restaurant area, even if it's only outside allowed i was disturbed and could see other guest shifting inside because of a heavy smoker as well. Overall i can recommend the hotel, everyone you get in contact with is friendly, helpful and willing to support.

Like: staff very helpful and friendly, hotel was very clean and nicely decorated; great value for the facilities and quality of the hotel. Improvements: lifts were very slow; luggage room not very secure.

The hotel was nice but not like in the picture, I had sea view, but the hotel is not on the beach, is a little bit fare

We stay only for one night but everything was 100% in order. Nice service and clean rooms .

It was a fabulous property very clean superbly located. Great cocktails at the sea view terrace bar. In room dining and the breakfasts were great too. Reception staff was super helpful. Beach and supermarket two min away. We had the room with plunge pool and were very happy with everything.

Fantastic stay with one of the most service minded staff I've had. Really good food and overall a very nice stay, will definitely come again.

Bra hotel

Excellent hotel with amazing staff who couldn't do enough to help and always greeting you With a smile. The hotel is walkable to the centre but also a bus stop outside the the hotel. Food was excellent

War super

Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel.

Waterdruk van de douche kan beter en airco deed het niet altijd goed. Verder vonden wij het hotel, personeel en extra's zoals binnenzwembad, sauna etc geweldig.

Hotellobby is spacious and nicely decorated. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Even in low season (november) an effort is being made to offer some entertainment (live music) in Elia restaurant, which is open until late. A downside is (is you must mention any), the hotel is a 15 minute walk away from an area with more restaurants and bars. That being said, the busstop is only a few minutes away. Not much to complain about the room, it is of good size, bathroom and balcony as well. A minor inconvenience was that tv-channels were not available ('No signal' error) most of the time. Normally no problem, but with the US elections it was, like I said, a minor inconvenience. Unfortunately I did not use the spa facilities, since I found them way too expensive for what I'm used to pay in Thailand. A suggestion I would like to make is to offer the guest, who happens to have his/her birthday whilst staying at the hotel, a small gift. No matter what, may only be a few euro's worth, but that would make the smile after staying here even bigger.

Excellent hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at the Mermaid, it has good facilities, great breakfast, lovely pool and a well equipped gym. The restaurant has live music each night which was excellent. Definitely stay again
