以前もここを利用し、とても楽しかったので2度目。ホテルの敷地内から出ず一日過ごせますが、徒歩5分強で大きなスーパー、15分でサコマビーチもあります。食事は朝昼晩、バイキングが用意されていますが、種類が多く、毎日違います。ここの最大の魅力は、キッズプログラムがとっても充実していること！ホテル前プールだけでなく、少し離れた所にパラダイスという名の公園&滑り台がついた無料プールあり。ポニーも有料ですが乗れます。また、何かしらキッズプログラムが用意され(自由参加)、夜はフェイスペインティングに、子供ディスコ(みんなでダンス)と充実。子供連れのお客が多いのも納得です。大人には、射撃があったり、子供ディスコのあと、ショーがあったり(無料)と、とにかく飽きません。マイナス点をあげるとすれば、基本的にスタッフはフレンドリーですが、フロントの男性陣はヤル気がない人がチラホラ。スパの女性もそんな感じでした。一生懸命の人もいて、顔を覚えてたくさん話かけてくれた人もいるので、サービスの質は個人によるが大きかったです。

When the waiters greet returning guests with hugs like long lost friends you know it's a special place! Couldn't fault a single thing, especially cleaning and food offering. One thing to note is I upgraded to a terrace room for the private sunbeds but the sun is the other side of the hotel for most of the day. Would request a room facing pool next time.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Der Strand ist nah. Das Essen war auch gut, entsprechend eines Buffet. Es gab Abends leider so gut wie keine Animation um den Abend abklingen zu lassen, ansonsten ein super Hotel.

Chambre impeccable, personnel très gentils, formule all inclusive très complète, cocktails très bons. Nous avons passé un incroyable séjours nous reviendrons :)

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer, sehr gepflegte Anlage und alles sehr sauber, Personal freundlich, Essenauswahl gut. Schade war, dass die Mini Disco immer drinnen statt gefunden hat, dadurch war es viel zu laut, sogar für uns Erwachsene schon, so dass unsere 2 jährige Tochter leider nicht daran teilnehmen konnte. Dadurch dass unser Zimmer Richtung Nachbarhotel gelegen war, konnten wir am Abend das Fenster nicht vor 22.30 Uhr öffnen, da die Beschallung durch Shows vom Nachbarhotel extrem laut war und unsere Tochter konnte dadurch erst sehr spät schlafen. Aber unabhängig davon ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

My wife and I had relaxing couple of days in Mallorca during a 15 day jaunt across Spain and France. The hotel has everything you need. The only draw back or us is that its a very family freindly kids resort. They had a pool just for adults so we relaxed with cocktails and chatted with other couples. The beach was a 15 minute walk and we got to spend the morning there then retreat to the adult pool when the families arrived. We had spectacular dinner at Tomeu Coldentey attached to the hotel. Pricey but great date night. Overall I enjoyed resort next time I will look for their adult only resort. However!! great spot if you have little kids I recommend it.

Cet hôtel est super pour les vacances en famille et pour passer des moments détente grâce a leur prestation au Spa. Le personnel est juste super. Nous avions été avec notre bébé de 4mois et cela a été super. Je recommande le All Inclusive. Le seul bémol est que le buffet (matin midi soir) est très orienté cuisine anglaise ou allemande mai ça reste un très bon buffet. Il y a également beaucoup de choix pour les enfants en bas âge.

Top Hotel in jeglicher Hinsicht.

The hotel and staff could not be faulted but my room location was the only disappointment. My room overlooked another hotel which was extremely noisy from around 5pm to 11pm. I know this might not annoy a lot of people, but I love sitting on the balcony at night reading a book and resting after a busy day. If if you went in and closed the door the noise was so loud even with the tv on.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die gute Laune und Freude am Service war IMMER spürbar. Hotel in einem sehr guten Zustang, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das All-Inclusive Buffet sehr umfangreich und auch für mich als Pescetarier gut. Tolle Cocktailauswahl an der Bar. Insgesamt besser als erwartet, gerne wieder!

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Am Adults Only Pool ist es ruhig und man bekommt auch noch "spät" Liegen. Der Strand ist nur paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Buffet hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Sehr sauber, sehr tüchtige und freundliche Mitarbeiter, eine sehr gute 4 Sterne Erfahrung.

Mencionar que la gente de recepción es bastante desagradable, no dan la información como debe ser y después cuestionan que no te la hayan dado, entre otras cosas que no voy a exponer puesto que no tengo captura de pantalla y no puedo demostrarlo. La limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante justa , cama mal hecha (la sábana bajera siempre arrugada) , pelos en el baño, visitantes … Fuerte olor a comida en el recinto , pongan una campana extractora más potente , uno no tiene que estar comiendo todo el día Cabe destacar la amabilidad de los empleados del bufete, muy atentos y amables. No lo recomendaría

Hotel is very big, nice, clean. Parking is easy to find and I also had access to an underground parking. My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included, it was good but same options everyday. Many chairs are available at the pools. There's a pool for adults only (16+ years old) . 10€ deposit to get a pool towel. The pools could be cleaned more often. Ambiance is calm and relaxing which is what I prefer. I would've enjoyed a bit a music. The staff is welcoming, nice and friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast and simple. A lot of good restaurants around, espacially in S'illot and Cala Millor. Sa Coma beach is a few minutes walk. Cala Millor beach is a 5 min drive.

Das Essen war ok, aber die Qualität hätte etwas besser sein können. Das Fleisch war leider oft zäh und zum Beispiel die Tomaten zu grün. Das Personal und der Service hätte auch etwas rücksichtsvoller und freundlicher sein können

Zu weit zum Meer und Speisen beim Essen mit wenig Auswahl
