空港からシャトルバスで3時間かかりました。いろんなホテルを経由するので時間がかかります。レンタカーをお勧めします。 でも、街から遠い分、ビーチは素晴らしかったです。ホテルから徒歩15分くらいです。 透明度が凄いです。カラフルな魚はいませんが、グレー系の魚がいっぱいいました。 ホテルは綺麗ですが、いろんな物にデポジットを支払わないといけません。(タオル等) セキュリティボックスは別料金で1日2ユーロかかりました。 あと、３人で宿泊したのですが、エキストラベッドの組み立てははセルフサービスです。食事は大変美味しかったです。初日の到着が夜9時30分になってしまったので、夕食には間に合いませんでした。 その代わり、コールドフードなら食べれますとのことで、サラダやローストビーフを食べることが出来ました。 少し歩けばレストランやお土産屋さん、スーパー等いろんなお店があります。

6歳、8歳の子供と4人で滞在しました。ホテル内全て綺麗で快適でした。 チェックイン時にはウェルカムドリンクがありました。 ハーフボードにしましたが、朝はドリンクが付いていますが夜はドリンクは別料金です。ごはんは種類も多く、調味料コーナーに醤油も置いてありました。 子供は遊具やプールで楽しみました。子供用プールは浅いですが、大きいプールは浅いところで1.2mほど、深いところで2mあるので浮き輪持参をお勧めします。近くのスーパーでも浮き輪など買えます。 cala agullaビーチに徒歩で行きましたが、すごく綺麗で遠浅でした。 また来たいです。

Es ist wirklich ein super Hotel! Das Essen war an den meisten Tagen hervorragend. Leider sind die Teller immer schmutzig gewesen, was echt schade ist. Es gibt jeden Tag eine andere Thematik beim Abendessen, es lohnt sich wirklich die Halbpension zu wählen. Bei den Zimmern gibt es, außer das Sofa, das wirklich sehr alt und abgenutzt ist, nichts zu bemängeln. Es ist sauber und die Putzfrauen sind sehr freundlich. Generell war das Personal im gesamten Hotel wirklich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man geht bis zum Hafen und zur Einkaufstraße ca 15 Minuten, was für uns wirklich ein perfekter Spaziergang nach den Abendessen war. Parkplätze gibt es nicht wirklich direkt vom Hotel, aber man kann fast überall um das Hotel herum problemlos parken.

The staff were friendly and seemed happy to be here. Hotel was clean and the reception staff couldn't do enough for us. We will be coming back here for sure.

Great family hotel, not so big, everything is close and handy and you always know where your kids are. Nice playground, sufficient pool, we had a feeling that it is not very full or crowded even in topseason (august).

This hotel is a great choice for young families, the sun beds were the best quality I’ve ever seen and there was never a rush to reserve beds which made it a more relaxing holiday. The restaurant choices were good and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made by the chef. If I was going to suggest how it could be further improved, I’d add some mixes of fruit/vegetable smoothies which I have enjoyed at some other hotels in the past, We stayed in room A013 which was in a great location close to the pool and the bar but there were some signs of water damage on the floor and there was a bit of a damp smell when the door had been closed for a while, this quickly cleared when we were using the room and didn’t really affect us too much. Overall we had a great holiday here.

Based on our 3 nights stay here I’m overall disappointed in this hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel (in my experience, having travelled globally for the past 30 years, it is not!). PRO’s: - Spacious rooms - Recently renovated bathrooms in B section - decently cozy compound and layout - Food at snack bar was good - Reception was friendly CON’s: - Eating at breakfast and dinner among screaming, out of control kids, taking food with their hands, tasting food and putting it back, is a hygienic nightmare. - Food quality is generally low and definitely not 4 star - Coffee at snack bar was virtually undrinkable - Hotel is generally worn down in many areas, eg so called “spa area” and halls - Pool and public areas are dominated by small kids (we travelled with teenagers) If traveling to this part of Mallorca again I’d choose another accommodation.

Very friendly personel, ready to serve and help you anytime, always with a smile on their face. THe hotel itself was clean, had everything a family could ask for with daily activities for the kids, tasty food with a theme day every day. We will visit again next year for sure!

Hotel was perfekt, service on the top ! I was surprised how they menaged to make all guests happy. Thanks for having us.
