レセプションの方も親切で、部屋も広く清潔で、朝食も美味しく良かったです。

朝食がおいしく、スタッフも親切だった

毎日ハウスキーピングも入り、タオルも清潔で良かったです。騒音もなく、エアコンのききもよく、快適に眠れました。水道のシンクがよく詰まることと、エレベーターで少し待つことが懸念点でした。

オリンピックのホテルかな？MTBの駅まで約1KM、それからのアクセスは簡便。ホテルのスタッフの迅速な対応も感じがよい。ただ、女性の英語はスペイン風で聞き取りにくかった。清潔で明るく、広い。快適な滞在があった。

Nice functional hotel, very clean, nice staff

Very nice modern hotel on the outskirts of Barcelona. In an old industrial area but shops and bars nearby. Ideal for Cocerts at the Forum. No problem parking next to the hotel from Friday 6 pm ( 2 hours free) then free all weekend. Staff very friendly, easy check in. Enjoyed it.

Great staff, clean rooms.

The hotel was a metro ride away from most of the sites but the area was very quiet and accessible. The view from the roof terrace and pool completely made up for being away from the centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back here!

Average rooms to be harsh, good standard of hotel however staff were not the best part letting themselves down slightly and location not the most optimal , expensive compared to other hotels in other cities

The hotel itself was good. The room was clean, it was quite modern and the breakfast was good quality. Beware of thieves operating in this hotel. We had a bag stolen from us in the Hotel lobby. The staff were helpful afterwards, but there is no security and anyone is allowed to walk in or out unchecked. Make sure you carefully watch your belongings at all times in this hotel

Great service, clean rooms

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them, and basic courtesy and professionalism were noticeably absent. Three days before arrival, I requested an early check-in and received no response. When we arrived, just 10 minutes before check-out time, we were told an early check-in was not possible because guests were still sleeping after “partying too much.” This was an incredibly unprofessional excuse and demonstrated a complete lack of regard for arriving guests. What made the experience even worse was the treatment of my wife, who is disabled and unwell. Despite making staff aware of her circumstances, there was absolutely no empathy, compassion, or willingness to assist. We were met with indifference throughout. As someone who spends a significant amount of money within this hotel group and is recognised at other properties, I expected a basic level of customer care. Instead, I encountered arrogance, poor attitude, and a complete failure in hospitality. A hotel can have excellent facilities, but when the first people guests encounter are rude, unhelpful, and lacking compassion, it ruins the entire experience. Based on the service we received, I would not recommend this hotel and will seriously reconsider staying with this hotel group in the future.

Honestly this hotel is overrated, the staff are very unhelpful and when you check in they can come off almost argumentative and rude. Avoid!

El hotel muy bien, las instalaciones excelentes, el bufet de la mañana riquisimo ! Solo añadiría tal vez al precio, estacionamiento, que no sea una sorpresa, que lo incluya.

It is an interesting place. Definitely needs updating, but still fine.

Great hotel very nice and comfortable rooms the pool is a bit small and busy but everything else okay 👍 just far from the city center.
