Overall the hotel has nice facilities and modern clean rooms. However there are many aspects with let the hotel down: - Very poor food, particularly in the evenings. - Restaurant is a chaotic free for all at times. - Not well staffed: always significant queues at the bar. - Endless noise being blasted across the whole resort from all variety of entertainment activities leaving no down time to relax. Overall the hotel is by no means terrible for the price, however it does not come close to matching the reviews/rankings it has. I wouldn't visit again.

All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti presso il Sandos Papagayo, bellissima struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia , ottimo cibo, personale gentile. Non mi sento di aggiungere altre stelle per via della scarsa igiene nella sala ristorante. Tazze colazione, piatti e bicchieri intaccati da rimanenze di cibo , ci siamo ritrovati insieme a tante altre persone a dover cercare le tazze più pulite ( o piatti) e mettere da parte quelli sporchi ... questa faccenda per tutta la durata della vacanza. Forse un controllo in più ci starebbe proprio. Altra cosa: se nei bagni delle camere ci sono i bidet devono esserci anche gli asciugamani da bidet e invece no, inesistenti proprio...

Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Beim Essen gab es immer eine große Auswahl und es hat uns immer gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen.

Das Zimmer war OK, das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und fleißig.

Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

Rooms are dated, especially bathrooms.

This was a fantastic long weekend. We upgraded to the elite and enjoyed the adults pool area which was a surprise. Loads of familles but never really heard them Enjoyed branded drinks in the elite open top terrace. Truly relaxing we would definitely return
